Two (originally children's) tales that underscore the shocking brutality of the world in which these stories were told. The first one is that of three roommates: a sausage, a bird, and a mouse, who decide to mix things up for once. The second is the Robber Bridegroom, a story where a woman has to marry a man who horrifies her...and the lengths she'll go to in order to get out of it.
The creature is the Roperite, a vengeful, narcissistic bird who just can't get over the Roadrunner's good luck.

Hysteria 51 is a weekly “odd-cast” that takes an every-man approach to conspiracy theories, mysteries, the unusual, and the unexplained. Hosts John Goforth, Brent Hand, and Conspiracy Bot (a cranky robot bent on world domination who also happens to be the show’s head researcher) examine a different topic each week and generally come to one conclusion…the truth is out there, but you won’t find it here.

Clare lives in Perth! Isn't that weird? Much more mainstream are her hobbies in shadow puppetry and podcasting about goats murdering wolves. Jokes aside, Clare takes a look at the archetypes of mythology and fairytales which lie underneath the classic stories that tie the history of our stories together. http://singingbonespodcast.com/
