In this episode of the Affirm Your Abundance Podcast, Tiffany Roldan-Howell welcomes you back to another episode focused on mental wellness tips. Over the past few episodes, Tiffany has discussed what mindfulness is, its benefits, how to practice it, and the difference between mindfulness and meditation. Today, the topic is incorporating mindfulness into three areas of our lives that will make us more resilient, have more inner power, and be more self-aware. The three areas are: being mindful of our thoughts, being mindful of our emotions, and being mindful of our physical sensations. To end the episode, Tiffany leads the audience through a 2 minute affirmation mindfulness practice that will leave them feeling ready and prepared for the week ahead.
