In this episode we’re chatting to psychologist Sahra O’Doherty about how to manage your older children’s emotions when introducing a new sibling.

    We talk about things to do before the baby arrives to help prepare them, what you can do after the baby arrives to make them feel included and continue the sense of routine, as well as how to identify if your child is struggling with this big change.

In this week’s episode we’re discussing different ways you can make the return to work more flexible, and better suited to your family and situation.

  • This is one incredible story! This week we’re chatting to the beautiful Gen about her hidden pregnancy (also known as a cryptic pregnancy). Gen talks us through her journey of discovering she was pregnant at 32 weeks, then after a series of unexpected events giving birth to her beautiful baby boy only a few days later.
