..suppressing anger can have significant negative effects on both our mental and physical well-being; increased stress, chronic pain, dis-ease.
Unaddressed anger leaves us in a survival response where we aren't able to make clear decisions, feel focused, or take care of ourselves fully.
Emotional regulation and expression of anger is key. And it might be time to throw an adult temper tantrum ;)
