  • Individuals who consume high-fat and high-calorie foods and lead generally sedentary lifestyles are likely to develop excess fat on the body, including around the abdomen, where it may appear as a pot belly. Some individuals are genetically predisposed to storing fat around their midsection.

  • Thyroid types are usually tall and slim, but they tend to crave sweets, starchy foods and caffeine. They gain weight in their stomach and thighs, but the rest of their body remains slender.  The thyroid gland is responsible for controlling your metabolism, which is the amount of energy that your cells burn. Although an underactive thyroid, also known as hypothyroidism, cannot cause any sort of tremor, one of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism is a tremor. Other signs that an unusually active thyroid is causing your tremor are diarrhea, heat intolerance and increased sweating.

  • The adrenal body type accumulates fat storage as lower belly fat, especially sagging.

  • A swelling or feeling of fullness in the abdomen. Bloating is usually the result of gas in the intestines and can be caused by many things, including overeating, lactose intolerance, and constipation. Bloating is a condition where your belly feels full and tight, often due to gas. People might confuse bloating with other reasons for a more noticeable belly, such as abdominal wall laxity, or looseness. This is common, especially among older women and those who have had children . 

    5 Reasons for feeling bloating are 

     1) The digestion which is happen in large intestine , the  gut bacteria is making you gasses.

     2) When you are taking very  large amount of salt intake you retain water. That's making you feel puffy around your face, even your belly.

  • How To Spot Electrolyte Deficiency And How Can You Treat It-They may cause a sudden spike in your blood sugar levels. To prevent electrolyte imbalance, drink plenty of water during physical activity. Eat a balanced diet containing electrolyte-rich foods.
