  • This is an audio of a short, yet deep practice of inner forgiveness, which can be used as a daily tool to help you release anger, hatred and inner pain. It is based on the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui - the Founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

Whether you choose to be externally connected with the person or not, is completely your choice. But inner forgiveness is essential for YOU - your health, happiness and peace of mind. The purpose is not to suppress and bottle-up your emotions, but rather to regulate and finally release them, once you have processed them. It may be difficult in the beginning, but do persist for a few days, and you will notice an internal change which will set you free.

Just imagine the person/s who has hurt you in front of you, and follow this track with the intention to forgive. Continue practicing this daily, as many times as you need, till you are substantially or completely free from any emotional baggage connected to the person. You may continue doing this practice for various people who may have hurt you or have been hurt by you.
