We die everyday! We are not the same person we used to be yesterday. We learn and grow constantly and never stay the same. A part of us dies and a new part is born. So then why not look at death in the same way? Why does it have to be the end?
The book, 'Cry, Heart, But never break' by Glenn Ringtved is about loss and gives us a profound perspective on acceptance and compassion. Given the current times that is seeing loss at a deeper level, we thought of talking about it with a different view in our first episode.

Iyagi Circle is a circle full of conversation and stories. We bring to you a snippet from our conversations. We will be starting the episode with a story and discuss how the story impacts us personally. The conversations and stories have aided our process of healing. Our aim is to now bring them to you and help you in your journey.
Iyagi (pronounced eeyagi) is the Korean word for 'story'. Both of us (your hosts) Kiran and Harveen are very fond of the Korean culture and that's the inspiartion behind the name Iyagi Circle.
