COVID-19 surged more than 3 years ago, and as strange as the pandemic was, people can easily forget the virus situation's singularity as time passes. The Mix Coffee members decided to record our COVID experiences to not only remember the facts but to talk through how we felt and seek support from one another. I hope we can all remember the pandemic as a time when we found new ways to support our loved ones despite the uncertainty and distress many of us felt.

Go with the flow, (if you can find it.) Entering a state of flow, or immersing oneself in a single task without a thought to the passing hours, might seem impossible within societies that demand we fly from one responsibility to the next. Does our resulting "divided" attention damage our ability to connect with our work and with each other? Can we live in a world where both flow and overflow coexist?
