In today’s episode of The Balanced Feminine, Madi & Katie deep dive into a conversation on the importance of eating real food while surrounded by the people we love and appreciate.
Sometimes in life we become so obsessed with eating a certain way that we become trapped and isolated from enjoying real wholesome experiences with others. Nutrition is so important, but it’s equally important that we remember to still enjoy life with the people we love.
Building your foundations up throughout your day to day life gives you freedom to “mess up” here and there without feeling like you have completely gone off the rails.
If you are interested in further strengthening your health and understanding how to eat and live in alignment with your body so you can kick weight, bloat, acne and the other troublesome symptoms, that come from a lack of balance, make sure to stay tuned for more information on our upcoming program being released January 17, 2022.
