    As I said, Sara is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Consistency Coach. She is known to many as "the Nutritionist who never talks about food," and she has worked with women around the world through her popular Change Your Brain - Change Your Body program to help them reprogram and rewire the way their brains think about food.

    She uses techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, visualization, thought reframing and habit mapping. She helps her clients master brain-based tools that allow them to finally stay consistent with healthy eating habits and self-care.

  • Today, we are extremely lucky to have Ameya Duprey, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Doula, coming to the show.   • Today, Holly Leever, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, and owner of Rosebud Wellness, is coming to the show. We will be talking about how acupuncture and herbs can play a huge role in your postpartum recovery, but also about abdominal massage and how to promote a healthy cycle when you get your periods back.

    Holly practices women's holistic health as a licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist as I sais, but also as a Yoni Steam Therapist and Arvigo Abdominal Massage Therapist. Holly became interested in working with women's health after learning how much could be revealed about a woman's overall health by looking at the parameters of the menstrual cycle.

    She has continued to study a variety of techniques in order to offer women at all stages of life, from menarche to menopause, the care they deserve. She is especially passionate about working with women in the perinatal time (prenatal, birth & postpartum).

  • Today, Kim Vopni, also known as the Vagina Coach, is coming to the show to talk about midlife, hormone and pelvic health.   • In today’s episode Somer Baburek, CEO and co-founder of Hera Biotech, is coming to the show!

    Hera Biotech began developing the world’s first non-surgical, tissue-based test capable of both diagnosing and staging endometriosis. As an endo-warrior, I was so intrigued and interested in this new solution when I met Somer. As you may know, today the only diagnosis that can confirm that one is suffering from endometriosis is a laparoscopy - so a surgery - with a following analysis of tissues.

  • In today’s episode Becky Bell, Registered Dietician Nutritionist, Gut Health Expert, and Mom of 3 is coming to the show!

    Her passion is helping others develop a way of eating and living that leads to freedom and authentic living.

  • In today’s episode Astrid Schanz-Garbassi, CEO and co-founder of Agni is coming to the show!

    Astrid is the CEO at Agni, where she works with an incredible team of women to create foods that support hormone balance, better periods, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.

    Her favorite part of her role (aside from taste-testing new Agni cookies) is that she is constantly learning from Agni’s Medical Advisory Board, which includes experts in Western Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, and Holistic Nutrition.

    Agni is very close to my heart as I discovered seed cycling when buying one of their boxes. I tried it and my period health really improved since then: no more PMS, no more heavy fatigue or heavy flow. This is definitely one of the things I have been doing for a while now that drastically improved my period and hormonal health.
