  • Women: are you on speaking terms with your Yoni? If not, you're missing out on one of life's most fulfilling relationships.

We have no idea the power we possess right in our very own bodies.

For thousands of years, systematic repression and control of women's bodies and natural rhythms have divorced women -- and men -- from the true depths of power, pleasure, creativity, spiritual wisdom, and the expansion of consciousness that come from a rich and rewarding relationship with the yoni.

The yoni -- or 'sacred space' -- is a sanskrit word for the vagina and extends to the consciousness of the creative, reproductive center that is the second chakra.

The second chakra is the locus of everything that has to do with sexuality, creativity, money, flow, pleasure, and our one-to-one relationships with other people.

Healing the wounds of this center by letting go of the samskaras or unprocessed traumas our body is holding onto liberates a tremendous amount of creative energy.

In today's episode, I share with you how an accumulation of micro traumas as an adolescent -- not to mention macro traumas in later life -- contributed to a serious life-force leakage and distortions in my second chakra.

If your sexuality is not fully, healthily, joyfully expressed (whether you're partnered or single) you're functioning at a deficit and depriving yourself and the world of the most liberated, grounded, creative, spontaneous, empowered version of you.

Not to mention missing out on some pretty spectacular life-changing orgasms.

    Oh yes.

All this and more today and in the weeks to come, in The Grace Space.

  • Are you truly the Master of your space? If you think mind control is limited to fictional sinister dystopian TV shows and movies -- think again.

The whole point of mind control is that you don’t even realize you’re being subjected to it until you wake up.

We can no longer afford to simply accept official narratives about the events we're witnessing in our world; we need to question everything, especially when questioning itself is made the enemy.

Open your eyes. Open your mind.

But especially, especially, open your heart.

We need everyone who is awake and waking up to vibrate in harmony with Truth.

And how do we do that in the midst of intense pressure and chaos?

    Sadhana.

Sadhana is a Sanskrit word for spiritual practice.

A spiritual practice is whatever helps you remember that you are a sovereign spiritual being.

It’s a way of focusing your consciousness on what’s Real and True, rather than on what isn’t.

Sadhana makes you the Master of your space.

YOU. Not someone else, or something else. YOU.

Join me today as we discuss the simplest way to move to the eye of the storm, where the weather is always beautiful.

It's the place in you where you experience Sacred Intimacy, the cozy knowingness that no matter what storms are raging out there, the sun forever shines in here.

  • Are you still wild? Or has your wildness been civilized all the way out of you? How far have you drifted from Nature?

Sacred Intimacy is the naturalness of simply being as you are, and that’s anchored in your wildness.

The loss of wildness translates to a loss of trust in Nature, in Life and the implicit order of the Universe.

When there’s an agenda afoot to turn us into complacent, compliant automatons for whom our true nature as Source Energy Beings is but a distant memory, we need more than ever to come back to nature and reconnect with our wildness.

Our wildness is intimately connected to our Oneness, to Mother Nature, to our planet, to our intuitive self, to our body, and our Divine birthright of joy, aliveness, and freedom.

Feeling our wildness plugs us back into what it is to be fully human beings of spiritual origin: fully human and fully Divine.

When did you lose your wildness?

Are you ready to reawaken your wildness, return to sanity, and live as the natural, carefree, spontaneous and joyful True You?

True freedom is knowing that your Being is a closed system that is perfectly designed and continuously fed by Divine energy.

It follows the expanding spiral of universal abundance, naturally heals itself when given the chance, and lives in harmony with Nature.

In today's episode, I share with you how I lost touch with wildness growing up in the suburbs of the United States capitol -- and, how I'm getting it back again.

You can too. If you feel the nostalgic pull for a simpler way of life, for a return to authenticity and true healing, this episode is for you.

  • Confession is good for the Soul. And the brain.

It's time we told ourselves the truth about some things and connected the dots.

The dots in here -- reconnecting the parts of our brain that have been disconnected from each other due to trauma.

And, correspondingly, the dots out there -- realizing the extent to which we have long been subjected to systems of control that deliberately stifle our human potential.

Divinity has given us free will to explore all aspects of consciousness, even the extreme opposite of divinity.

There is a luciferic energy at work in the world; that's nothing new, but the outlines of its invisible hand are becoming more visible as increasingly desperate attempts to create chaos, fear, scarcity and division as justifications for increased control.

This dark, corrupted aspect is devoid of love and denies our divinity and our sovereignty. In fact, it seeks to turn us against one another, and even to turn you against yourself.

The solution is to wake up, connect the dots, and remember that you ARE divine, and you have the power of love.

But how do we make this a living reality, rather than just an idea?

We can fortify ourselves by promoting intimacy with our True Nature -- what I call Sacred Intimacy.

Sacred intimacy heals our inner separation so we can reconnect with the love that we are and the truth that we literally have everything within us already to live in love, abundance, and radiant health.

The best things in life really are free. And so are you, when you free yourself of dependency on the systems that seek to enslave your spirit.

Chaos, fear, and scarcity consciousness cannot affect you when you know you have everything within. You don't need what the world is trying to sell you, nor can you be bought. You become bulletproof and unexploitable.

It begins with Confession, a healing Sacred Intimacy practice that integrates all the disparate, exiled parts of yourself, leading to unity, integrity, and wholeness within.

    And, as within, so without.

The world needs you NOW. Join me for this new series in The Grace Space, where we'll explore free Sacred Intimacy practices that can deliver you to yourself, free you to your highest potential, and make you a lighthouse to others as we go through the labour and birthing of New Earth.

  • "Chance is but a name for Law not recognized." -- The Kybalion

We're living in a time of unprecedented chaos and uncertainty. Look around, and it seems like so many things are falling apart. Because they are.

And yet, everything in this universe operates according to primal principles or Universal Laws, and nothing can operate outside the Law.

That means that whether or not we like what's unfolding, it's unfolding in perfect accordance with the Law.

Life never asks for our agreement or approval, it simply unfolds as a consequence of the Infinite Field of consciousness. But we often take issue with Life and what it's presenting us.

The Law of Rhythm describes the cyclic nature of all things; the in-breath and the out-breath, the tides that rise and fall, the seasons that come and go.

Embracing the natural rhythms of life is essential in finding peace through times of chaos, death, and endings.

In today's episode, I share with you what I've learned about surrendering to the cycles of life from the forge -- the one on our land, and the ones in the stars -- and the curious role of iron in the process of transformation, and the life cycle of a star.

Through cataclysmic change, a star can give birth to all the elements of the material world.

Similarly, we have the potential to birth a new self and alchemize our highest potential – if we, like the star, can die to be reborn.

Even in the midst of cataclysm, we can experience sukh: the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Why does it surpass all understanding? Because it arises naturally from within, independent of circumstances. It is a consequence of trust and surrender to the perfect order that operates in all things, from the corpuscle to the star.

And, stardust that we are, in us too.

  • The best thing to do when Life is purifying you is to surrender. Or... add fuel to the fire.

Purification is a necessary and natural process on the spiritual path.

    But it burns.

How do you know you’re being purified?

It’s often through a series of deaths, losses, and endings. It stirs deep questioning and even brings us face to face with our mortality, and what we’ve made of our time on Earth.

Are you getting it? Or are you missing the point?

Purification can be likened to an encounter with a fire-breathing dragon that guards the treasure we seek.

We must gird ourselves to face our fear of being incinerated -- reduced to a pile of ash -- and walk through the fire.

Purification is called tapas in yoga and translates as 'heat' or 'austerity'. It's how life strips us of our familiar bearings and burns away everything that isn't our True Self.

It is a kind of death.

The question is, can we withstand the pressure that we undergo during purification? Or will we cling to the false self as the only one we've ever known? Do we choose to stand -- perhaps alone -- in radical truth? Or bury ourselves even deeper in illusion out of fear?

Sooner or later, we have to choose whether to step into Destiny or succumb to fate.

    So, who's with me?

  • In an unconscious relationship, you're always working on the other person. In a conscious, ethical relationship, you're always working on yourself.

In today's episode of The Grace Space, I share what I've learned from two 'failed' marriages about what really destroys trust and intimacy.

It's not what you did -- it's why you did it.

And the fact that, most likely, you have no idea.

When we're unconscious, we're unreliable. Our feelings, decisions and choices arise from murky inner drives about which we are clueless.

Instead of relating to others from pure love, we tend to engage in control dramas driven by the unresolved past in us.

We can easily get lost in cyclic attempts to alleviate our (often subconscious) fears and insecurities by subtly or overtly manipulating others to get our emotional needs met.

    This leads to suffering.

As we become more conscious, we gain the courage to take a fearless inner inventory and question our true motivations.

What is the deeper purpose of a relationship beyond falling in and out of love? Beyond the creation of children and families? What is it here to teach us?

Mass awakening continues to shake up the status quo on our planet day-by-day, and this year it will be bigger than ever.

The divine evolutionary impetus behind it demands a reexamination of our values and a seismic shift away from disempowerment to sovereignty, from systemic dysfunctionality to global healing.

This resonates on the interpersonal level as a yearning to recenter our relationships around authenticity, truth, and divine reconnection.

Global social upheaval on the collective level is reflected by the shifting sands of relationship and family dynamics on the personal level.

Change can be painful as we let go of our illusions, but as always, if we're willing to assume responsibility for our part of things, we begin to heal the inner divisions within us from which our distortions spring.

All relationships can be vehicles for transformation to a higher order. It all depends on whom you serve.

So, whom do you serve? Let's explore that together today.

  • How do we heal our relationships? And is it possible we've been missing the point about their true purpose?

For many people, relationships are a source of pain, frustration, even anguish. Many intimate relationships are minefields where we learn to step carefully. Many a happy wedding turns to divorce or uneasy cohabitation.

Until we understand the true purpose of relationships, disappointment is inevitable.

In a largely unconscious consumer culture, relationships become yet another attempt to fill the void, and we often mistake attachment and obsession for love.

In unconscious relationships, real love is muted by our constant attempts to get our needs met, rather than simply opening as love itself.

So how do we, as perfectly imperfect humans, open ourselves to love? How do we move from unconscious relationships based on projection to conscious, ethical relationships?

By failing. And by being willing to learn from those failures of loving.

By not putting unrealistic expectations on our relationships, and understanding their function as crucibles of transformation in our spiritual evolution.

By deeply realizing that we're here for one reason only: to free ourselves of the blocks to love that are nowhere other than within ourselves. And to BE that love.

In today's episode of The Grace Space, we explore Ethical Relationship, which puts Divinity and the Soul's evolution at the centre of relating, rather than our unresolved wounds.

  • What happens to our life when our sense of identity dissolves? What happens to our relationships when we no longer play by the old rules? What is it that survives dissolution?

Dissolution is when something falls apart, disperses, dissolves, and changes form. It's a form of death. We see it in the rotting fruit; the log in the fire that turns to ash; the sugar cube that melts into your coffee.

Dissolution is part of Nature and the universe. It's one half of the alchemical process coagulum solvare, the process by which all things are constantly moving between densification and dissolution. It happens at every scale of existence, including the stars, who expand and collapse in on themselves over eons of time to fuse the very elements that make up our bodies and everything we know.

In the journey of the Soul, dissolution occurs as you let go of the false self with all its beliefs, requirements, and its created world. Things, people, familiar roles, your health, even parts of you are removed. The hard shell of the ego begins to crack and fall away, obsolete patterns are exposed, and long-buried fears are no longer resisted, but faced. Everything that you thought you knew and believed you were is called into question and you, as you knew yourself, begin to dissolve.

The truth is, you can't survive dissolution. Not the you you think of as you. But something that could never be destroyed emerges.

Call it the Dark Night of the Soul, call it The Void, call it Shaktipat -- it feels like a period of intense pressure, and it isn't easy. In today's episode, I share with you how I'm experiencing Dissolution.

  • Why do we store the past inside us instead of letting it go? Why do we hold on to pain? Because we can't handle it.

In this episode, we explore our tendency to stockpile emotional energy, or samskaras, and the often serious consequences this has on our life.

The truth is, we were never taught to handle our emotional energy.

It's commonly accepted that we should live our life, choose our relationships, our work, and generally base our decisions on what will maximize pleasure and minimize pain.

This is what most people are engaged in, and it's considered totally normal and even sensible to adopt this approach.

It's evident in our broken medical system, for example, which pushes drugs to handle symptoms without inquiring into the source of the dis-ease.

The problem is that avoiding pain or treating it superficially doesn't make the pain go away. It only increases the pressure we feel from never having dealt with it.

When we make life choices in order to avoid disturbing the sleeping dragon, we never engage the source of our suffering: the fact that we ourselves have stored this energy in us, and we are the only ones who can dissolve it.

While we hold on to these unresolved energies of the past, we block our own life force energy from circulating and providing the natural, uncaused feelings of wellbeing that we long for.

And when we can't handle the range of emotions that our heart continually emanates, we shut ourselves down and live in greyscale. This can have serious consequences for our lives that last for years and cause great suffering for ourselves and others.

I'll share how not being able to handle the full range of my own emotions led to just such a situation.

Freedom is knowing that no matter what happens in your life, it cannot shake your profound peace and wellbeing. You never needed life to give you those feelings, because their source is within you. But while you're all blocked up inside, you'll never know it.

Let's explore this together and see what we can let go of today.

  • Death is everywhere. But that doesn't have to be a downer. If we embrace it, we are reborn.

Welcome to Season 4 of The Grace Space!

There are seasons in life, just as there are seasons in the year. And it's important to recognize that these seasons are a natural part of how we grow and evolve.

It does no good to resist winter when we're in winter. Winter has its purpose and its place. Under the ground, in the dark, miraculous things are happening, even though what appears before our eyes seems grey, cold, and dead.

In our human life, we experience winter as seasons of endings that can feel like death. These are opportunities to process all the emotions that we associate with death -- fear, grief, regret, sadness, despair -- and to ask the deeper questions about life.

This season of The Grace Space is the most personal one yet. I'm going to take you with me as I apply the principles of spiritual law to my own dark night of the soul. Because as it happens, I'm in one.

And the content of our life is the curriculum for our evolution.

In this first episode we're going to talk about what's really been driving our choices and decisions, running (and sometimes ruining) our lives, and my encounter with my personified ego during a shamanic journey. Which was basically the first domino.

But don't worry -- there's plenty to laugh about too. Like this clip from The Heat, which I mention at the end of the episode.

In fact, humour and death are close cousins. So let's go.

  • Are you 'standing in your Truth'? Is that just an ego trip? Is it selfish to be your Self?

There seems to be some confusion about what it means to 'stand in your Truth'.

What is my truth? Am I allowed to be myself? What does that even mean? What about other people? If I'm true to myself, it could hurt others.

If I'm true to myself, my life might fall apart!

    Yes.

When we truly 'stand in our truth', we find out whether our carefully constructed life can withstand it.

Was it a real life? Or a fake one?

As we said last week, courage is the price of admission for self-initiation on the spiritual path.

In this final Q&A we get to the heart of the matter and strip away all the habits and justifications we use as bandaids and ways to avoid actually growing. We'll talk about...

how to tell the difference between standing in your truth and ego tripping or self-inflationwhether thinking is necessary for survivalthe higher purpose of spiritual relationshipshow to use the four phrases of Ho'oponopono in a real life situation so you can attract more and more and 'do' less and lesswhat's the point of doing spiritual work if it makes your life fall apart?

And more in this final episode of Season 3.

  • In today's Q&A, we invite the intellect over for tea and listen to all the ego's 'yeah, buts'. Well, maybe not ALL...

The egoic mind is full of resistance to spiritual truth. But there is another part of us that recognizes it when we hear it.

When that part of us outweighs the ego’s resistance, the thirst for growth becomes all-consuming. But you have to be willing to go deep if you really want to be free.

Courage is the price of admission to your True Self.

This panoply of perfect puzzlers in this episode represents our attempt to finesse answers from our True Self and leap from one paradigm to another.

This Q&A is a journey from the mind to the heart, the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension, the linear to the nonlinear.

    Today we're grappling with...

the consequences of manifesting from push energy as opposed to consciously surrendering to the highest goodthe excuses, reasons and rationalizations we offer ourselves and others to avoid going to the deep and dark places that birth us back into the Lightreal life examples of taking radical responsibility, and how it puts us on a higher timelinethe difference between letting go and passivitythe ego's love affair with victim consciousness and how to get over your own drama

  • To break free of your cocoon requires courage, honesty, and a refusal to play the roles and the games that are expected of you by just about everyone.

“Your path is the path of Grace”, my teacher told me several years after I had committed to my spiritual journey. Intuitively I knew it was true, but I can’t say I understood what exactly it meant.

Over the years I’ve deeply pondered what Grace is, how it has acted in my life, and what it means to be on the path of Grace.

I see it as a path of simplicity. Simply being YOU, unadorned.

How? By dropping the mask -- letting go of everything that is false and leaving the sleepy comfort of your cocoon.

When we let go of playing games and playing roles to get our needs met, whether emotionally, physically, financially, or even spiritually, we enter a new space of consciousness like walking from a dank, stuffy room into the fresh air.

That’s when magic happens: we attract the Grace by our new frequency.

I didn’t understand any of this back when a dear friend angelically guided me toward a new vocation on the path of Grace after her passing.

    In today’s episode, I share

The hallmarks of any truly self-realized person and how to recognize one (hint: it’s not by how many Instagram followers they have)How and why I transitioned to a new vocational path in the midst of the happiest time in my life as a performerMy first experience in the role of ‘priestess’The amazing sign I received from the spirit realm when I really needed some reassurance after taking what felt like a huge, crazy risk

And lots more, including visions of domes in France, singing with kids in hockey skates, and the best preparation for being a yogi.

  • “My heart is like a glorious grand piano, but the lid is locked, and the key is lost”.

This quote from Anton Chekhov’s play, The Three Sisters, perfectly describes the state of being I existed in for nearly 20 years of my life.

In fact, it describes the state of many, many people who don’t yet have access to the heart space.

In today's episode, I share with you the story of how I lost my voice for so many years -- and my access to the heart space --  and how I found it again.

    We'll talk about...

  • What's in a name? Potentially, the frequency of your Higher Self.

This is the story of how I learned to accept, embrace, and begin to embody my spiritual name.

Spiritual naming has a long tradition in ancient cultures; a spiritual name is a guide in the awakening of consciousness which affirms your spiritual destiny and elevates your spirit.

A spiritual name contains mantric sounds which beneficially affect your energy meridians and even influence brain activity when spoken or meditated upon.

It also acts as a challenge to uproot everything in you that feels small and unworthy.

    In this episode, I share...

how I felt about my spiritual name when I first received it, and why it took me so long to adopt itwhat my spiritual name taught me about true bravery and couragethe spiritual saboteur that leads to hiding, pretending, and causes our greatness to die inside us unexpressed, and how to transcend ithow I got through some of the darkest periods of despair in my journey

And much more... including soul star chakra activation, my little cocoon in Carcassonne, pulling a hukam for guidance, and becoming the peaceful warrior.

  • Sometimes we need to do something radical to announce to ourselves that we want a change. For me, it was shaving my head.

In today's episode of The Grace Space, I share how a symbolic act can express a spiritual intention and open the door to a deeper transformation.

My intention was to reveal myself to myself.

To live as the Self is uncompromisingly authentic and requires boldness, courage, and a gentle refusal to conform to the roles that are expected of us.

It's a refusal to betray the soul by stupefying ourselves with the familiarity of our comfort zone, playing it safe, and bolstering each others' illusions.

It is not a reaction against something else, but a balanced, compassionate and tender response to the falsity of the world. -- a promise, renewed daily, to drop all pretense and to be True.

And it starts with you. Naturally.

I was definitely not ready to live that honestly -- so I shaved my head instead.

In today's episode, I share the story of my first attempt to show my true colours -- at least, my true hair colour!

    We'll discuss...

the five things you must be willing to drop in order to ascend in consciousnesshow we travel down the ladder of subtlety into physical formwhy Love has more spiritual power than Reason, and how to make the quantum leap from one paradigm to the otherthe futility of trying to protect the ones you love, and why you shouldn't interferehow we betray our soul, and the way back to authenticity

And lots more, including winning the battle but losing the war, my henna routine, and more beautiful words from Rumi.

Watch a 10-second video of the deed!

  • Every hero's journey needs a trip down to the underworld. Here's mine.

This is the story of how I went from living on the surface of life to diving down into my own darkness to rescue a slumbering princess -- me.

But not the me I thought I was. This was the frozen Light of my Soul, imprisoned in cold glass, and buried in the land of the Dead out of loyalty to a long gone, beloved father.

I share with you how I was made aware of it one rainy morning in the Alps, and the tool I was given to begin my journey.

    We'll also talk about...

recognizing the mask of the false self, and allowing yourself to be seenthe difference between spiritual work and esoteric distractions that keep us from facing what we need to facethe relationship between the ego-mask and the suppressed and repressed aspects of ourselves that form the Shadow selfhow to let go of guilt and see the 'disasters' of your life as beautiful orchestrations of the Soulthe question you should always ask first before 'what should I do?'

And much more, including anchoring your Soul Body, the metaphor of the stage, and parts of your life you forgot all about because you just couldn't process them.

We all have a shadow self. But the shadow is nothing to be afraid of.

In fact, the shadow is the portal to the Light.

  • Is it selfish to do spiritual work? Not everyone will thank you for it, that’s certain.

Whatever step we’re taking spiritually is going to make some waves inwardly -- and probably outwardly too.

The inner work we do doesn't only affect us -- it affects the collective because we're all connected. And it especially affects those nearest and dearest to us.

When you start to change, it creates ripple effects in the world around you.

Family dynamics are affected, relationships have to adapt or fall apart.

The ripples awaken subconscious fears, tear from us cherished illusions, and expose the fault lines in the fragile constructions of our lives we have tried so hard to hold together.

If our houses are built on sand, they start to slide. And usually, we do all we can to keep up appearances, for as long as we possibly can.

In this episode of our series on The Path of Grace, I share with you...

what a family member's disapproving remark taught me about the Law of Reflectionhow to become bulletproof by owning your sh*t so it doesn't own you the discovery of my disowned addictions, and the one main addiction we all havewhy it's getting harder and harder to hide anything, and how the frequency of unconditional love can save us from the pointlessness of guilt and shame

And much more, including my faux-pas in the French 'actors centre', seva time for character defects, and befriending deep sea fish in the abyss.
