Tasting two versions of lighter styled home brewed Braggot. I may well of just challenged myself and the judges a little too much hahaha! I am nonetheless still determined to create that perfect balance even if it is just one variation of Braggot.

So I've decided to hit the mic for another interesting topic. BRAGGOT!! My journey to change the judges opinions about my recent entry into the local brew comp. Let the fun begin. I hope I can guide some brewers and also teach myself something along the way.

I talk about and review a non alcoholic beer and marketing of these products. I talk new world hops and two beers available using those hops. I also talk a little about what's brewing in my world.

An awesome time was had by all with plenty of quality craft beers and open kitchen for a tasty burger menu. A few of us sat down to the podcast to chat over tasting paddles, although the plan was to have identical beers on paddle, bar staff unfortunately muddled the order which seen half of us start off on a different beer.

I set out on a 3 day brewing binge before returning to work. Day one see's me making a new season mead- Day Two see's me brewing our World Homebrew Club SMaSH brew and Day three another SMaSH brew using my home grown Hersbrucker wet hops.
