Tyler lends his knowledge on topics such as fun laws and current self-defense events. He explains why tasers and MOST pepper sprays are ineffective safety options. In this episode, we speak with Tammy Welter, a board-certified esthetician with a background of 20 years of experience as a surgical nurse on how to choose non-toxic skin-care products, as well as how an auto-immune disorder drastically altered her life.
Tammy is a marathon runner and has always enjoyed high levels of exercise. Last year she began to experience changes in mood and struggled with fatigue and low stamina. She realized these were clear indications that something was wrong.
