I am your host Gina Jansen, and I am an experienced New Zealand lawyer and an Accredited Property Law specialist with the New Zealand Law Society. My specialist area of law is Inland Revenue tax disputes, litigation and relief applications under the Tax Administration Act 1994. I am a former IRD lawyer but now I work for the taxpayer, helping them with disputes and in Court when Inland Revenue comes calling for overdue taxes or disputes your tax returns. My firm, Gina Jansen Lawyers, has helped thousands of taxpayers stay in business and get back on track. Even Inland Revenue has to appreciate the work my firm does to bring about resolution to unpaid taxes and tax disputes and get taxes paid.
