I have wanted to record an episode discussing Reiki since I started my podcast….other topics came up and before I knew it 25 shows had gone by and I still hadn’t talked about it. I am so humbled to have Nicholas Pearson on the show with me talking about this heart centered, healing, spiritual practice. ✨💜✨
In addition to being a certified teacher and practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Nicholas Pearson is an avid researcher, prolific author, and widely respected expert in mineral science and crystal healing. He began his Reiki journey in 2006 and has trained in traditional styles of Japanese Reiki as well as traditional and non-traditional forms of Western Reiki. He strives to offer Reiki training, practice sessions, and other events that unite practitioners of all lineages by helping us understand how and where Reiki developed and where it can take us.
Nicholas is also a Certified Medical Reiki Master and an Animal Reiki practitioner. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Shelter Animal Reiki Association, and formerly served on the advisory council for the National Reiki in Healthcare Certification Initiative. Nicholas is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, Shibumi International Reiki Association, and the Reiki Healing Association. His seminal Reiki book, Foundations of Reiki Ryoho: A Manual of Shoden and Okuden, is available in English and Italian.

In this solo episode I talk about the lessons I learned around loss/grief after sitting with a giant Oak tree in the back yard of our Aframe.
A substantial branch had come down after a storm and I was so upset about the loss of this seemingly healthy branch (that is actually the size of a medium sized tree in and of itself) but after a beautiful and insightful meditation where I sat w this Oak, I walked away with a totally new perspective and understanding. It honestly is something that I will never forget!
I hope you enjoy this episode and resonate with the energy and medicine that this Oak tree shared with me. It was my honor to share it with all of you ✨💜✨

In this episode I chat with Michelle Haynes.
Michelle Haynes has been working as a hair stylist the past 21 years and has heartwarmingly been dubbed a “hairapist” by her clients and friends. She has developed beautiful, meaningful relationships with many of her clients that went well beyond a cut and a color.
By sharing moments of joy/pain, births/deaths, triumphs/struggles, and person growth through open & vulnerable conversations, she found that she and her clients were inspiring each other on a soul level.
In the spring of 2021 Michelle started her Podcast 11:11 Calling to share inspiring conversations outside of her studio. 11:11 is a calling to the Divine to share your higher self and purpose. 11:11 Calling is a podcast that creates a space to share our stories of courage of stepping in the direction of our personal calling so we can share and inspire others to do the same.

Grawben graduated with over 500 hours of training from HMI, the Nationally Accredited School of Hypnotherapy in Southern California. After graduating, Grawben went on to further her education and received another 300 hours of training from ACCET. Grawben is also a professional member of The American Hypnosis Association and Hypnotherapists Union Local 472.
Her goal as a Hypnotherapist is to guide you so you learn how to access the most powerful part of your mind, the subconscious. Everything starts in the mind. She will teach you how to gain control and clarity. And offer hope, health, excitement, and freedom. Her focus is to find out where you are now, and get to know where you want to be. She is passionate about teaching you how to release old patterns that are no longer serving you. We can all be successful in obtaining our goals. What may be getting in the way is the pattern of how you have learned to do things.
She will teach you techniques and anchors so you can find your own answers within and be your own source for healing and loves teaching people something about themself that they didn’t already know. Your problems may seem odd to you, but not to Grawben. . Hypnotherapists in essence are Behavior Therapists. The key when working with a hypnotherapist for change, is belief. When you learn to change your thoughts it helps to change your beliefs, and when you change your beliefs, it is reflected in your behaviors

Lucibel Nuñez describes herself as a Human who wears many hats and a soul with the drive to help humanity one person at a time.
Fitness has always played a big role in Lucobel’s life. So much so, that she was the owner/operator of a fitness studio for several years, but She had to close her doors during the pandemic.
It could have ended there, but she dig in amd made a huge life pivot and began offering her classes on-line to her community. She knew they needed her and she needed them more than ever during that difficult time.
While always being in touch with her physical body, she also began to recognize herself as a spiritual being as well. We talk about her spiritual awakening and being a QHHT practitioner came into her life (Quantum Healing Hypothesis Technique) 👽
🍄 While studying to become a QHHT practitioner, she tried micro-dosing with mushrooms. Lucibel had a profound experience with this combination; so much so that she continued to research micro-dosing and the positive effect it was having on people all around the world
