    There’s an inherent energy, magic, if you will in your word choice.

  • It’s intoxicating and addicting to think about how many interests you have.

    You get off on the dopamine rush of ruminating on your interests.

    Yet, when it’s time to take action on these interests, you have depleted your energy reserves so much through this interest-based fantasy that there’s nothing left to actually take action in pursuing your interests.

    You remain stuck in Lala land without ever taking any action.

    Thus, despite having so many grand interests, your life never changes and you end up further from achieving those interest-based goals.

    Nothing significant changes in your life unless you’re committed.

  • When you hear the word HYPNOSIS, what comes to mind…?

    You may think of someone swinging a pocket watch and saying, "You're getting very, very sleepy..." Maybe you remember seeing people act silly on stage during a hypnosis show, such as clucking like a chicken. Or, perhaps, all that comes to mind is a man dressed in a black cloak shouting the command “sleep!” at his participant.

    This type of hypnosis, called stage hypnosis, is meant for entertainment. It involves a charismatic hypnotist and volunteers who enjoy pleasing others. They're more likely to follow suggestions and go along with the show.

    While it's entertaining, it's not the kind of hypnosis we'll talk about today.

    In today’s episode, I’ll clear up the misconceptions and fears you may have around hypnosis while helping you understand not only how natural and sage hypnosis is, but how it can help you get unstuck from sabotaging habits and limiting beliefs so that you can unlock your full potential.

  • Meet Keri.

    A 39-year-old mother of two - who’s in the process of going back to school for a graduate degree - who had been struggling with her diet, body image, and relationship with the scale for far too long.

    In late 2022, she recognized that if she ever wanted to break free of the weight loss-regain cycle, she needed to learn how to put herself first and also address some of the deep emotional hang-ups preventing her from achieving sustainable success.

    After years of stalking me on social media (kidding - sort of), she invested in herself and made herself a priority by joining The 5% Community.

    Between November 2022 and April 2023, we didn’t focus on dieting,

    but instead on doing some deep work improving her relationship with food, rebuilding her foundational habits, and practicing letting go of perfectionism and control.

  • Society has conditioned you to believe that quitting is a form of failure; giving up.

    It carries with it an underlying negative connotation that often leads to you remaining stuck in an uncomfortable position simply to avoid the stigma and potential ostracization from your loved ones for giving up.
