Why do you drift away regularly from your goals and quit working for your happiness? Everyone wants to train with me to gain lean muscle but most never get past the fears of seeing yourself on camera to upload form checks and be willing to practice correct training ways with your trainer. You think too much about protecting yourself from judgment but you hold on to it all yourself! ❤️

Tough love and Monday reality Check! I’m never going to be that coach you want me to be, because I’m real and I love my real life, I can not cater to the fake life lovers who do not want to live what you talk about is important. You gotta know who your friends are and who are just wasting your time and I keep focus on the ones who WANT TO BE YOUR BEST AND HAVE INTEREST IN BEING HAPPY! It’s hard to find that in ducks that want to stay ducks but talk about eagle life like it’s your REAL GOAL. ❤️🦅

Long Ventilation Share about my work as a fitness coach who’s always taken for granted, why I get tired of caring and why this is my daily tolerance practice, how I feel when you just don’t show up for yourself and no matter how I try to keep you focused you want to be forgotten, want me to lie to you and…I just can’t live my life for you doing what you want me to do to keep you from ever finding peace or happiness past the fries and milkshake you always choose as your all you want.

Every weekend I meditate “extreme”; yoga nidra 2 hours am Saturday, Sunday, and 3 hours mid day Sundays, this recording is right after a day of 5 hours total time of meditation practice. In this recording I feel the essential thing to get to is TO UNDERSTAND the dream and expectation “everyone” holds on to as what to work for because most will never last long enough before seid doubt and discouragement overrides the motivation to keep up. Having actualized my own fitness dream body and fitness life to be my bliss that used to be my love with all the demons and pains torturing to balance it out, you bet I WANT you to fight for your dream too. When you listen to what all others do, the whole diet & fitness culture’s forever emphasis on “ideal” bodies and how to think, do and be, that culture you’ll be part of and that I feel is a pretty self loathing, self hating, self abusing, self ignorant and self limiting way of life to live for no reason. I know you know all you know and know what to do, I know you want to succeed, you “get it”. You still keep repeating the same broken program due to fears of the unknown. The pains of passion, welcome to real life of having more love for what you do than is good for you. Demon night and today my fire defeats me and I know this is just the way I am, always been and always will be as long as I’m committed to my work…my struggle is my challenge I work at daily, I fail constantly and I accept this is the way it is, nothing to stress about anymore, not again and no more. I will for sure sleep one day and that’ll be the peak of my life.

Update time live as I work it and set up FD8 strong challenge; the albums in Facebook group will not let me upload my workout videos in order the nice way playlists are on my uscreen workout video subscription service. You’ll get the workouts one by one and I add the right info to each one so you know all you need! This is the compromise we make for you accessing more than is reasonable with the fd8 kit, and if you DO what my vip clients do they choose to subscribe to uscreen and that way create their one playlist and have the nice flow of my workout playlists there! Thank you for understanding the technical limitations! Now I go upload the 3 day and 6 day workout videos to the group then add some vip clients to try it out to get a feel! Go sign up!
