Welcome to Day 8 Queens. … Today we are focusing on the power of Decluttering our Space and our Minds. When you declutter your space, this can be done physically or by letting go of negative thoughts about people/things/situations etc. When you focus on decluttering your mind, this can be accomplished by meditation/reading/listening to music/spending time in nature/writing down thoughts in a journal, etc. I have already decluttered this one “closet”. I feel so much better and have reclaimed my space. Now, It’s your turn Queen!

Today we are focusing on “Identifying & Removing Toxic People from Your Life & The Importance of Me Time”.
Negative and/or toxic people can make us feel bad about ourselves and/or our achievements. Nobody wants haters in their lives in such close proximity to us. When you're just trying to live your best life, they can be draining. Today, we're examining our closest friends to see if they bring positivity or negativity into our lives. Also, many times we are always focused on other people and, in many cases, are never alone. However, taking time for oneself, also known as "Me Time," can be a great source of individual power.

Welcome to Day 5 Queens. … Today we are focusing on “Eat Healthily and in Moderation”. Progress not perfection and we will focus on what we get to have versus what we are restricted from eating. Nobody likes being told what they can’t have lol!
Over the next few days, beginning today, we will focus more on the quality of our food.
I would love for you to consider a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish (such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines), and healthy oils. Fruits and vegetables strong in natural antioxidants and polyphenols (protective substances found in plants) include strawberries, blueberries, cherries, oranges, apples, tomatoes, and leafy greens (spinach, kale, and collards). More on that later….

Water is life and keeps every system in the body functioning properly.

Hey Queens… today is Day 3! Today is all about meditation (*insert woosah sound*). Meditation is a powerful, free self-care technique that improves both your physical and mental health. Meditation allows you to relax and rebalance yourself in a way that few other things can. Don’t underestimate meditation. It may seem like a waste of time, but mindfulness can have a huge impact on your health and well-being, by helping to relax your mind and body.

Okay Queen it's Day 2.. we are moving along lol! Today we are talking about "Getting Enough Sleep and the Importance of a Bedtime Routine" Going to bed at a set time each night makes it easier to get a good night's sleep. Creating a routine around bedtime gives your body cues that it's time to settle down. Sleep is important not only because it keeps you healthy, but also because lack of sleep is linked to depression and anxiety—which just adds to that ever-growing pile of stressors and we are about "Living our Best Life!"
