出生於1981年台北。先後取得東海大學音樂藝術學士、法國國立賽爾吉．蓬土瓦斯音樂院高級演奏暨教育文憑、法國國立畢多音樂院最高演奏文憑、維也納市立音樂院薩克斯風演奏文憑。曾師事於Jean-Yves FOURMEAU、Alexandre SOUILLART、Lars MLEKUSCH。並與大提琴家François POLY學習早期音樂詮釋及改編技巧。
旅歐期間多次受邀參與國際展演，包含世界薩克斯風年會（WSC）、比利時迪南（Dinant）國際薩克斯風大賽、尚．馬利。隆德士（Jean-Marie LONDEIX）國際大賽、新加坡國際薩克斯風論壇與法國布列塔尼國際薩克斯風音樂營等。2019 受莫斯科 SounDrama工作坊邀請，參與國際劇場導演Vladimir PANKOV與作曲家Artyom KIM 為期三週的整體表演藝術跨域訓練與演出。
近年嘗試以薩克斯風演奏參與多方的表演藝術類型：2017,2018 於現代音樂協會與新點子樂展擔任演出者暨執行製作人、2019臺南藝術節閉幕音樂會演出者暨執行製作人、2020,2021 福爾摩沙音樂影像計畫製作人、2022,2023【拾音．時音】製作人。演出類型包括早期巴洛克、經典傳統薩克斯風作品、當代獨奏與室內樂、電聲即興、劇場舞蹈跨域演出等。並以此作為目標，期望拓展薩克斯風展演更寬廣的可能性。
目前為自由薩克斯風演奏家、拾音人樂集藝術總監、i-Saxo國際薩克斯風樂展策劃人、中華民國現代音樂協會演奏家，並於2022年始擔任理事之一。

國立臺灣藝術大學戲劇系畢業，然後鑽研音樂，是台北市立大學音樂系碩士。學生時期參與狂想劇團的戲劇演出，獲得劇樂部劇團的「青年才俊藝術節」最佳音樂設計獎，還兩次（2007、2008）。2009獲得經濟部好用音樂網原創音樂佳作。
她現在是專職的音樂教育，專職音樂教育17年，培育多位參加全國音樂比賽、檢定考試與大學音樂科系升學考試。她教學的對象還有一些中年之後想追求夢想的資深退休人士。
她出了一本書，是針對孩子出的小提琴教學書。沒有量產，是對學習者量身打造的教學書。除了提供給自己的學生使用，也提供給致力于兒童小提琴教學的教師作為教具，如有需求請洽葛溫老師粉專。

《奇蹟的女兒》。這是去年6月6日在公視首播的作品。改編自楊青矗(ㄔㄨˋ)著作之《工廠女兒圈》，由鄭文堂執導、鄭心媚編劇，金鐘獎得主温貞菱、連俞涵、孫可芳領銜主演 的時代劇。這齣劇只有四集，算是迷你影集。這齣迷你影集聚焦在1970年代，台灣經濟起飛的年代。之所以會選擇這部小說進行拍攝，鄭文堂導演在公視《奇蹟的女兒》官網上提到《奇蹟的女兒》這部電視劇的緣起，楊青矗的作品一直是很有人文關懷視野的，這本著作更是直接關注台灣經濟奇蹟背後，工廠工人、女工生活上遇到的困境和期盼。
《我們與惡的距離》。如果要說，2019年的最夯台劇，我想《我們與惡的距離》應該是當之無愧吧!這齣劇每集的收視率逐步的攀升，到了最後一集的收視率達到3.4。《我們與惡的距離》由林君陽執導，呂蒔媛編劇，賈靜雯、溫昇豪、吳慷仁、周采詩、洪都拉斯、陳妤、曾沛慈、林哲熹、林予晞、施名帥、檢場和謝瓊煖主演。全劇以2010年代台灣的多起社會事件為題材，描述一起隨機殺人案件發生後，加害者、加害者家屬、被害人家屬、辯護律師、精神疾病患者等各方人物的心境與糾葛，是台灣第一部以隨機殺人為主題的電視劇，還涉及新聞媒體困境及思覺失調症等議題。

高大毛100/4/1-113/3/13
早上去面試，幫高大毛弄乾淨、吹乾才出門。面試算順利，想說在下午上班之前，先幫他弄乾淨、吹乾、上藥。
回到家，第一眼找大毛。我問家父：「大毛勒？」家父說大毛走了。我問他怎麼走了，他在棉被上走的。還來不及哭，打電話給傑夫，他立刻開車過來。大毛被家父放在紙箱裡，其實是好事，畢竟怕他又把自己弄髒。
其實他昨天就不想吃東西，，但是有喝一點營養品，有沒有吃到藥實在看不出來。家母說大毛身體變冷，不建議強喂他藥跟水，怕他噎到。
傑夫捨不得他被塞在紙箱裡，也捨不得把他放在動物醫院，傑夫要自己送。傑夫用浴巾包著大毛抱上車，他還是有水排出。我眼睛好酸。
傑夫找寵物墓園。傑夫問我，要去新莊還是萬里，我選新莊，因為比較近。傑夫原本選萬里，因為我們曾經帶他去萬里走路。到了，其實在林口，開車開蠻遠的。
狗狗墓園，帶我們到供桌，把大毛放上去，有服務人員幫忙清理他的身體，要我們跟地藏王菩薩打招呼，請祂幫大毛引路。我還在想要說什麼，服務人員，將幫我們唸祝禱詞，之後要我們跟大毛說話，講完之後就送火化。

淑靖老師是國樂演奏家，做很多教學的工作。有一次訪談完，她說她還可以講好多東西，例如她令尊是總舖師，她小時候要幫忙擺桌子，沒有出桌時候還要去市場賣菜。
