2024 has undoubtedly been the most challenging year of my life. But, even amongst all of the challenges, I still kept up with everything in my business... This podcast, social media, teaching hundreds of students in my courses and in my Panic to Peace program, and sending my weekly newsletters.

This is an episode that I never thought Iād be recordingā¦ You might already be aware that Iāve been struggling quite a bit this year, and I havenāt really shared specifics, but Iām sure you may have already come to some conclusions of your own.

Jessica's story is a little different than what you typically hear on the podcast... She never struggled with anxiety until she had a random panic attack in a mall in 2023. After experiencing one panic attack, it quickly led to her restricting, limiting, and avoiding - especially driving. And like many, she desperately sought out a solution to make the panic attacks stop.
She joined Panic to Peace in January 2024 and has made incredible progress since - including taking a 5 hour road trip to her Cabin in Canada... by herself!

I struggled with driving anxiety for over 10 years! Nearly every time I stepped foot into a car, bus, train, plane, boat, and the list goes on, I experienced anxiety and panic!
