While incarcerated at SCI Coal Township, Graterford, and Phoenix, Pennsylvania, Larry has written, acted, and directed over sixty plays for the Prisonās population. Larry takes great pride in helping others as a āLetās Circle Up!ā Restorative Justice facilitator, a student of (EFM) Education for Ministry, a hospice worker, a Certified Peer Support Specialist, and acting in the āShakespeare at the Phoenix Program.ā Almost as much as he loves his family, Larry loves animals. By the grace of God, he hopes to see the ocean again someday. He is forever remorseful for the horrible choice that he made decades ago that hurt so many and that resulted in his Death by Incarceration sentence.

COINTELPRO 101 exposes illegal surveillance, disruption, and outright murder committed by the US government in the 1950s, ā60s and ā70s. āCOINTELPROā refers to the official FBI COunter INTELigence PROgram carried out to surveil, imprison, and eliminate leaders of social justice movements and to disrupt, divide, and destroy the movements. Many of the governmentās crimes are still unknown. Through interviews with activists who experienced these abuses firsthand and with rare historical footage, the film provides an educational introduction to a period of intense repression and draws relevant lessons for present and future movements.

Imagine being so tormented, isolated, and stripped of humanity that setting yourself on fire feels like the only way out. This is the horrifying reality for Ekong Eshiet, a young Black man incarcerated at Virginiaās Red Onion State Prison, and his story speaks to the tragic depths of abuse faced by those within the U.S. prison system. Ekong and his mother, Marsha Pritchard, reveal a pattern of relentless abuse, blatant racism, and severe neglect that led him to self-immolateāone of eleven prisoners to take this drastic step at Red Onion.

Movement activists will discuss the upcoming election from their perspectives - raising/articulating concerns, contradictions, and positions. We hope to elicit vital arguments and ideas about a peopleās way forward.
