Welcome to the fifth episode of Season Two of Agriculture 2050, where we're joined by Professor Todd Applegate who is the Department Head and R. Harold and Patsy Harrison Chair in Poultry Science at the University of Georgia in the US. Zimdahl from Colorado State University in the US, who – in a career spanning nearly four decades – has continuously challenged conventional scientific thought about agriculture.
