We all have good and bad days either influenced externally or by the way we think about ourselves. It is how people with ASD have their mood influenced and how they present to others.

In this episode we cover the way people with neurodiversity communicate and particularly in the case of ASD.
We look at the impact of being unaware of neurodiversity and some of the perceptions associated with it. This is followed with me sharing some past failures in communication and how I am re-addressing that.
Finally, we look at the importance of self-awareness and their journey.

Following an invitation to a party, I explain and debate the reasons for attending or not and how someone with ASD looks at it. I wanted to share this experience to possibly demystify some mis-conceptions about people with ASD and other type of neurodiversity.
