Meet Cute Presents: Baby Girl, an audio romantic comedy. Ever since the portrait of six-year-old Sloane St. James was featured in her mother’s — artist Vivienne Bryant’s — Gagosian show, “Baby Girl,” the world has lauded every show by the brilliant Bryant thereafter. As for Baby Girl herself — years later, at 25, Sloane still finds herself the famous subject of her mother’s art, instead of living her own life. Sloane flees to her estranged father’s farm, in a town small enough she hopes no one will recognize her. When she arrives, it’s to find both her dad’s health, and the farm business, in peril. With Sloane’s keen eye for all things beautiful, she might just be able to salvage her father’s farm-to-table restaurant, heal their complicated relationship, and find her way into a rugged cowboy’s heart.
