Hey, remember the Enneagram? 😄 It’s not everywhere like it used to be, but we still lean on it a lot—first in our marriage, and now in parenting too!
There are 3 questions that have really helped us bring a little more balance to how we parent. It’s not about figuring out your kid’s “type” or putting them in a box—it’s more about noticing how they move through the world and helping them grow in the areas where they might struggle.
In this episode, we’re getting into the 3 stances (or triads) of the Enneagram and how they show up in our kids—and sharing the questions we’ve been asking to help guide them as they grow.
Listen to our Enneagram episode with Suzanne Stabile.

Recently we had quite the experience while on a trip with our Management Team - and it involves the need for lots of wipes (yes, a baby blowout). 😅 We’re sharing this funny story along with other joys + challenges that come with juggling multiple projects as a family. We’re also talking about the evolving world of network marketing and brand partnerships (you wanted the tea, here it is!) 🫖

This conversation with Jamie Winship was released almost a year ago and is still one of our favorite episodes we’ve done on the podcast. We wanted to drop it again because it is THAT good!
Jamie Winship joins us for a conversation all about identity. He is breaking through false identity + guides us through understanding what is true and how we can experience that truth. We talk about bridging the gap between who you are and what God has called you to do, knowing your identity directly ties into how you love your neighbor, as well as what false identity is + how it is rooted in fear.
Jamie offers online courses that help people discover their true identity and experience a life of joy, peace, and freedom. Our Identity Exchange Coaches are trained to help you recognize the false beliefs holding you back and begin the movement into your true identity. One-on-one coaching sessions can be booked by visiting our website: http://www.identityexchange.com

Audrey recently took a social media break and it has inspired some conversations around boundaries with technology in our home (or really re-establishing those boundaries!). So let’s talk about it! In this conversation, we talk about the impact digital consumption can have on a family, digital boundaries, and the impact media can have on kids. We also touch on some parenting strategies we have learned when it comes to encouraging your kids to think critically. This is a packed episode - so grab something to sip on and let’s get into it!

Being on the slow train is a choice – we live in a world where you see everyone else’s perceived fast train on social media and think “I need to get on board.” 🚂 But you don’t! You can intentionally choose to be on the slow train. Living on the slow train impacts our decision-making process especially when it comes to our family, careers, and personal values.
Curious about what we mean? 🤔 We hope that as we share our conversations + journey you are inspired to live life more intentionally and slowly.
And we touch on Bitcoin … but you will have to come back in a few weeks for Part 2 ✌️

Life is FULL of seasons. Do you embrace them? Understanding AND accepting the different seasons of life is incredibly powerful. Because when you embrace your season you change your mindset and influence your experience. 💪
Today’s episode comes from a recent perspective shift we experienced that Audrey shared about online – why we don’t sleep train. While there is a wealth of information and opinions in society when it comes to sleep-training methods, the point of this episode is not to persuade you to one way or another but instead to spark a different way of thinking when it comes to the power of your mindset + embracing the seasons of your life.

Have you ever wondered if clean ingredients *really* are life-changing? I think we all have. For Bethany McDaniel, her curiosity began at a young age, which turned into a journey as she built a successful natural skincare brand – Primally Pure. ✨
In this episode, Jeremy + Audrey ask Bethany about all things clean ingredients. From why clean ingredients matter, to her passion for holistic health, and the benefits of using natural products. They also touch on the buzz around tallow, natural deodorants, the botox debate, and some of Bethany’s favorite alternatives for keeping your skin looking youthful. Who doesn’t love a good dupe with LEGIT results?! 😅
Bethany is the Founder of Primally Pure and lives in Southern California with her husband and three kids. Bethany is also the host of the Grounded Wellness Podcast and is passionate about all things clean living, faith, biohacking, and family. She loves sharing the knowledge she has gained with others - as well as taking regular getaways with her family to reset + refresh. ☀️

“What is your biggest pet peeve of mine?!” We are kicking of today’s episode with TWO Connect Card questions and things get real honest, real quick (but all in love + fun!)
The core of this episode focuses on something we have been discussing lately – programming. Kids are like empty hard drives; they learn how to do, think, eat, believe, and talk … not just by how they are taught, but by literally everything they observe, see, feel, and sense. We are programming our children every day, whether we realize it or not. We are all being transformed into someone, the question is, "into what?"
