Last weekend, I attended a local workshop called "Spiritual Hygiene Practices to Master Your Energy."
Some of the practices discussed were ones I've been using for years to clear my energy, and I also learned new techniques that I'm excited to start applying right away.
I want to share these spiritual practices with you, especially if you identify as a sensitive, empathic coach or healer.
As energetically open individuals ready to serve others, we often absorb others' "stuff." If we don't know how to cleanse this energy, it can accumulate, weigh us down, keep us sick, and hinder our ability to serve at our highest capacity.

We unknowingly view our clients as "broken" and want to be the hero in their lives so we can take all their problems away from them so they can feel better.
We have to stop doing this.
It's not serving our clients and it's not serving us.
In today's episode I share some additional thoughts on if you're showing up as the "wounded healer/savior" archetype in your coaching practice and some ways to adjust that in order to better help your clients.

This past month I took a mental health break from my life coaching business after some unfortunate life circumstances took over and the grief got a little too heavy to manage on my own.

Today's my 38th birthday! And I got the craziest message last night from my spirit team on something I needed to do before starting my 38th year around the sun.
It's a beautiful gift I'm giving to myself but one that is also heavy and sad right now too hence why I'm spending a portion of my birthday crying today.
There's an important message here that I feel women need to know and I know you're going to walk away with a lot of new "aha moment's" after you listen to this one.
