A big part of how I was able to move through the pain was being in safe spaces in community and telling my stories

Being too much gave me the life of my dreams. This is the most incredible dream come true

I have this big beautiful rich life. I have all these incredible women and all these incredible people. I'm safe, I'm held, I'm worthy, I'm going places.

Saying âNoâ at the altar as I did; I was saying yes to myself. I knew it wasn't right and that experience really was the catalyst to my greatest life journey.

We all experience trauma, whether big trauma or little trauma, and I feel like I carry that throughout my life.

I just got really lost in him. It's not that I was not myself but I didn't know who I was...I was losing myself.

You have to facilitate that. You can't just open someone up to their wounds and be like âok go out in the world againâ. You have to really be with them and make them feel safe.
[37:23] Knowing Your Body.
You need to learn your body and you need to learn to love your body and get intimate with it.
[42:27] Traumas Donât Define You.
Those parts of you that are angry, that are disappointed, that whole chain, the whole guilt, that whole grief. They're just parts of you. They don't define you.

âI feel like the perspective that I had when I was on the show was very different from the gap, like the year and a half that we have to wait for the show to actually come out. It was a whole other perspective when I watched it for the first timeâŠI havenât really talked a lot about these in any of my interviews.â

âI wonât be sorry for what I said about my body⊠The dmâs or the comments that I received got so bad that I had to block words or certain phrases from my social media.â

âYou should be having uncomfortable conversations with the people you love, because it will allow you to grow, it will allow you to learn.â
