In this episode, I open up about my personal journey from glorifying hustle culture to embracing a more intuitive and sustainable way of building success. I share the story of one of my earliest businesses, where I was caught up in the chase—working non-stop, striving to be the best, and letting my ego drive every decision. Although I achieved recognition and success, it came at the cost of my health, relationships, and peace of mind—and ultimately, I lost everything.
What followed was a complete rebellion. I swung in the opposite direction: no structure, no schedule, no commitments. But that “freedom” quickly became another trap, leaving me directionless and disconnected.
Now, in my current business, I’ve found a powerful middle ground through the Law of Least Effort. I explain how I align my workflow with my body’s natural energy levels—playing full out on high-energy days, and allowing rest on low-energy ones, regardless of what the calendar says. The result? Consistent growth, increasing income, a sustainable pace, and genuine fulfillment.

In this episode, I break down my plan for using crypto cycles to build wealth and enter property at the right time. The 18.6-year property cycle suggests a major real estate correction is coming in 2025-2026, and I explain how to time crypto profits to capitalize on it. I share how I used this exact strategy in the past—cashing out at the peak of a crypto bull run, preserving capital, then reinvesting at the bear market bottom—which has now allowed me to start building my property portfolio. With another property crash ahead, I outline my strategy for leveraging future crypto cycles to enter real estate at lower prices. This episode is all about timing, patience, and using market cycles to supercharge wealth. Tune in to learn how to position yourself for the biggest opportunities ahead.

In this episode, I share one of the hardest realities of living overseas—being far from family when they need you the most. I open up about a recent incident where my daughter’s home in Australia was vandalized while I was thousands of miles away in Dubai. Waking up to the news left me feeling helpless, unable to be there in an instant to protect her.
I talk about the emotional toll of not being physically present for your loved ones, the fear that lingers when you know there’s a potential threat, and the difficult decisions that come with ensuring their safety from afar. As a mother, thoughts raced through my mind—does she need to move? Should no one know her new address? How do I navigate this situation from across the world?
This episode is a raw and personal reflection on the sacrifices that come with chasing opportunities abroad and the heavy price of distance when family is everything.

For 25 years, I lived with an undiagnosed illness that doctors dismissed as something I’d just have to “live with.” They assured me it might go away as I got older—but it didn’t. Instead, the pain persisted, and I reached a breaking point where I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.
When I moved to Dubai, I decided to try one last time to find a doctor who would take my condition seriously. That’s when I found a specialist who not only cared about diagnosing me but also insisted that my body needed to be in its healthiest state to fight disease. Instead of jumping straight into treatments, she put me on a structured health journey—one step at a time.
What made this approach so effective was its simplicity. She didn’t overwhelm me with drastic changes. Instead, she introduced one small habit at a time, allowing me to adjust and build a sustainable routine. And as I focused on improving my overall health, something unexpected happened—I lost 21kg over 12 months.
In this episode, I take you through that journey—how I went from being dismissed by doctors to finally receiving a diagnosis, how I built a lifestyle that supported healing, and why small, gradual changes were the key to success. Now, in 2025, I’m feeling healthier than ever. If you’ve ever struggled with long-term health issues or felt lost in the medical system, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I reflect on the mentors who have come into my life at different stages and the biggest lesson I’ve learned about growing wealth—using leverage to build a long-term property portfolio instead of relying solely on cash.
I share my personal experiences, including key properties I’ve bought, a past business venture, and a major mistake I made in how I handled real estate at the time. I also talk about a pivotal moment when I turned to a mentor and asked, “How do I turn the money I have into a lot more?” His advice changed everything.
He taught me the power of leveraging banks—why keeping a business running, even if you don’t love it, is crucial for maintaining borrowing power. Banks don’t care about passion; they care about income stability. And if you want to use their money to build long-term wealth, you need to structure your finances in a way that works for them.
I also discuss a major roadblock I face now: banks won’t recognize my crypto income when assessing my borrowing capacity. That’s why, if your goal is to leverage property to grow wealth, you can’t rely on crypto as your main income stream. Instead, you need a stable, bank-approved source—whether that’s a high-paying job or a business—while using your crypto profits for other opportunities.
This episode is all about shifting your mindset around income, leverage, and wealth-building, and understanding how the financial system works so you can use it to your advantage.

In this deeply personal episode, I reflect on my journey over the last 18 months—one filled with hidden battles, breakthroughs, and ultimately, healing. While editing content and clearing out old files, I came across photos of myself from 18 months ago. What I saw shocked me. I hadn’t truly reflected on how much I had changed, and in that moment, I realized just how different I am now—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally.
Back then, despite outward success, I was still carrying the battle scars of past pain. Even though I had overcome the struggles that once held me back, I was unconsciously holding on to the aftermath, using it as a shield—protection in case I ever had to face deep pain again. It wasn’t until I set my intention for 2024 to focus solely on wealth and health that I understood what I was truly saying: I was ready to let go. I didn’t need that protection anymore.
This episode is a powerful reminder that even when we think we’ve moved forward, we might still be clinging to things that keep us stuck. If you’re in a place where you want more from life but feel held back, ask yourself: What am I still holding on to? What is keeping me in my comfort zone, preventing me from stepping into the future I truly want?
Growth requires releasing what no longer serves us. The pain of staying the same will always be greater than the discomfort of change. Today, I invite you to reflect—what are you ready to let go of?
Tune in now to hear the full story and discover how you, too, can step into the next version of yourself.

In this episode, I share a major milestone in my journey toward a long-term manifestation goal: turning my yearly income into my monthly income. This goal has been a driving force in my life, inspiring me to think creatively and take intentional steps toward increasing my revenue from multiple sources.
I take you through the process that started 12 months ago, when I began saying this powerful affirmation out loud multiple times a day. This practice helped me stay focused and motivated, pushing me to track my progress diligently. At the end of each month, I review my income, expenses, and growth, asking myself what worked, what didn’t, and how I can improve.
Today, I’ve hit the halfway mark—doubling my income in just 12 months. While some might see this as a slow journey, I see it as an incredible achievement and a testament to the power of commitment, consistency, and belief in your goals. I hope this story inspires you to set bold intentions, track your progress, and celebrate every step toward your own manifestations. Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination.

In this New Year’s Eve episode, I dive into the importance of curating your environment and surrounding yourself with the right people as we step into 2024. This is the perfect time to reflect on what—and who—didn’t serve you this year, and make intentional changes to ensure you’re set up for success in 2025.
I share a personal story about my carefully chosen circle of friends and a recent experience with a couple who called me at 11:11 AM to manifest the new year. These are the kinds of uplifting and goal-focused relationships that inspire me, and I encourage you to seek out similar connections in your life. Friendships that foster positivity, reflection, and shared aspirations are essential for leveling up.
I also discuss research showing how the people you spend time with can significantly impact your mindset. Negative people increase the likelihood of negative emotions more than positive people increase positivity—highlighting just how important it is to protect your energy and environment.
Finally, I share actionable advice: take time to evaluate your current circle. Identify who uplifts and inspires you, and consider adjusting your relationships with those who bring negativity or hold you back. While you don’t have to cut ties completely, reshaping these dynamics is essential if you want to achieve your goals and avoid another year of unfulfilled potential.
Let’s enter 2025 with clarity, purpose, and a circle that propels us toward the best version of ourselves!

In this episode, I dive into why I believe everyone should consider replacing their traditional savings accounts with a Bitcoin dollar-cost averaging (DCA) strategy. I share a recent conversation with someone new to crypto, where I gave them the same advice I offer to most beginners: set up an automated system to buy a small amount of Bitcoin every week, stick to a long-term plan, and let it grow over the next 5-10 years without overthinking it.
We explore the math behind this strategy, comparing the potential returns from keeping money in a traditional savings account versus investing the same amount in Bitcoin. Using a projected average annual increase of 29%, the difference in wealth accumulation over five years is eye-opening. While savings accounts provide minimal returns, Bitcoin offers the potential to significantly outperform traditional methods of saving.
This strategy isn’t just for beginners; it’s something everyone in crypto should adopt. However, the crypto space tends to focus on short-term gains, leaving many people dismissive of long-term plans. I argue that Bitcoin DCA is the simplest, most automated way to build wealth without requiring constant time and effort, making it an ideal solution for anyone seeking financial growth.
By treating Bitcoin as a long-term savings plan, you can shift your mindset from chasing short-term profits to building lasting wealth. This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to make smarter financial decisions and maximize the potential of their money over time.

In this episode, I share a deeply personal journey about my evolving relationship with wealth, from the highs of abundance to the lessons learned through loss. I reflect on my first experience with wealth, where I valued material possessions—luxury cars, a big house, and designer clothes—only to lose it all when my business fell apart. That loss changed my mindset entirely, shifting my focus from "stuff" to meaningful experiences.
However, I recently realized that in avoiding spending money on things, I had swung too far in the opposite direction. By never treating myself, I had stopped celebrating my achievements, which was quietly putting me in a negative mindset. I recount a recent shopping experience where I intentionally splurged on something special, and how it reminded me of the importance of acknowledging my hard work and success. It wasn't about the items—it was about honoring myself and letting go of the guilt.
I close this episode with an important reminder: celebrating yourself is vital. Whether through experiences, treats, or moments of reflection, these acts of self-recognition reinforce a healthy mindset. Without celebration, we risk slipping into a cycle of scarcity and negativity. So, find ways to honor your journey—you deserve it!
