Welcome to our brand new docuseries, where I’m sitting down and chatting with females I’ve coached and worked with who have experienced and overcome various set backs with their mental health and well being.
This series has been created to help raise awareness, and chat openly about many different health and well being issues females go through that affects them every single day.
The goal is to normalise various aspects of females health that can feel difficult to talk about and that are sensitive topics.
We want to offer advice and a relatable voice from females who have experienced the same as you or someone you know.
If you know one person any of these episode can help and relate to, I’d massively appreciate if you can share it with them. The more awareness we can create, the better.
