    Trust yourself to speak: learnings from my journey

    Do you trust yourself to speak?

    I am going to share openly here that I realised a few months ago I was not fully and completely trusting myself. I was living in my speaking and communication comfort zone.

    Podcasts, videos, interviewing, giving talks with presentations, all with preparation and planning.

    However, speaking fully spontaneously and allowing myself to speak freely did not happen often.

    That is one of the reasons why I decided to start these lives to build my self-trust. That’s when I decided nothing was stopping me.
