In this episode we are going to talk about how assistant professor can earn side income without quitting their job.
Friends recently I was reading a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T Kiyosaki.
In his book, he talks about the idea of Passive Income.
He has segregated people into four different quadrants,
1. Employees- their trade that time to earn money and work for some other person or organisation.
2. Self Employed- they work for themselves.
3. Businessmen- they get their work done by their employees. Their employees make money for them.
4. Investors- their money work for them.
Employees are the poorest because they trade that time for money. Since our time and energy is limited, the output and return of our work is limited.
As assistant professors work for an organisation and make them rich. The owner of the college works on strategy building but doesn't execute the work. He gets the work executed by his employees.
In this podcast we are going to talk about several ways that will help MBA assistant professor to create side income.
To be precise, we will discuss the four most impactful ways of making money online.
I hope you have enjoyed this podcast. Kindly give me a feedback or if you have any suggestion recommendation, please send them in the comment section.

How to make your Goals 💪💪
Hi my amazing friends welcome to this episode of our podcast. In this episode, we are going to talk about how to make your goals effective.
Recently I was listening to an audio called the 'Strangest secret of Success' 🏆 in that Earl Nightingale, who is the creator of that audio, says that what differentiates successful people from unsuccessful people is a GOAL.
He has used a wonderful example... he says just imagine a ship in the sea if that ship does not have a captain or a compass or crew members, the 🚢 Ship 🚢 will be just floating around on the water and it will never reach its destination.
Whereas when the ship has got the captain, a compass, a crew member and the direction towards its destination, 9999 times out of ten thousand, it will reach to its destination. 🎯🎯
Why? It is because of a Goal!!
Now goals could be divided into two types:
1. Short-term goals ⛳
2. Long-term goals🏌🏌♀️
We could further divide the short-term goals into two types :
A. Touch Goal
B. Stretch Goal
Whatever goal you set in life. You will have to work hard towards achieving it.
We must break the goals down into smaller targets.
In this episode, we will go deeper into how to create effective goals.
If you like this podcast just give me a clap or a like or a comment or whatever you can do, and I would be thrilled to get some feedback from you all.
Thank you so much, God bless you and bye-bye. -

Research suggests that individuals can achieve an improvement in work performance by as much as 20-25% simply by goal setting.
Does that statement make you want to read further? If this type of return on investment was the next big deal on Wall Street, I would have everyone’s attention.
Goal setting is not a new concept yet surprisingly, it is often ignored or forgotten. In this post, I’ll go over the concept of the S.M.A.R.T goal and how it can help you achieve a higher level of productivity.
Setting Goals and ResolutionsA few days ago I gave a presentation to a local association on goal setting. Most of the individuals who attended the presentation were well-educated, experienced working professionals who were considered very successful. After opening my presentation I asked the audience to raise their hands if they had set goals or resolutions for the New Year. About 60% raised their hands. My next question was “How many of you remember your goals and resolutions?” The hands came down to only a few.
Goal setting is basic in the overall realm of personal and organizational performance improvement. Anyone who wants to take the time can easily do it. With just a little information and a little time spent learning about the power of goal setting, you can significantly improve productivity and performance in your own personal and professional life.
During my presentation, I was so shocked to see people writing like crazy to capture everything I was saying as if I were offering them the secret to life. I’ve rarely seen an audience so enthralled with the information I was presenting, especially as I began to share with participants the concept of a SMART goal.
After seeing the value this audience received from learning about goal setting, I thought I would share this small piece of it with you – the SMART Goal.
S.M.A.R.T Goal SettingThis type of goal is a set of criteria that will help you define what specifically it is you want to achieve. It contains the following criteria:
Specific – Is the goal clear and well defined?
Measurable – Is the change or intended outcome measurable?
Action-oriented – Does the goal require actionable behavior?
Realistic – Can the goal be reasonably achieved?
Time-bound – Do you have a deadline for completion?
Having a goal is good, but having a “SMART” goal is even better. By using the SMART criteria and putting your goal setting objectives on paper, you will significantly improve your performance and productivity – maybe even by as much as 25%
Man is a goal seeking animal. His life only has meaning if he is reaching out and striving for his goals.– Aristotle

COVID-19 had its effect each industry, including the Education industry. Many sectors have seen massive layoff of employees. For some industries, this was a boon, but for most of them it was a bane.
Many educators cannot cope up with this sudden change.

Faculty members above 50 are finding it difficult to embrace Online Teaching-Learning. As they have experience in handling the classroom, it is difficult for them to teach on screen. Face-to-face interaction is essential for them to teach.
Some of them are not tech savvy, this adds to their apprehensions of digital teaching.

Youngster are excited about it. They are well versed with social media platforms. Zoom meeting or other webinar platforms were easy for them to understand. Some creative teachers have started their own YouTube channel to facilitate their online teaching. They are creating their own content and sharing it with the students.
