Rashad Phillips is a professional prospect specialist and covers the NCAA and NBA. Rashad is the founder of Sports Talk 2319 where his in depth player evaluations are used by NBA front offices and NCAA coaching staffs across the country.
Rashad is a former player at university of Detroit Mercy where he still holds the scoring title with 2,319 points. After his college career he played professionally until retiring in 2010, the same year his jersey was retired at his alma mater.

He is currently training some of the highest level basketball players in the country while continuing to build his brand, Be Better Be Different. Phil’s 11 years of coaching experience includes stops at Weber State, Nebraska, Boise State and the G league team, Oklahoma City Blue.
With an impressive list of NBA clients, he has played a key role in the development of one of the most lethal shooters and scorers in the league, Damian Lillard.

Amy Stephens, Associate Head Coach of Memphis women’s basketball is In her 25th year of coaching. She’s had stops at Nebraska, Drake and Nebraska Kearney where she was a four time RMAC coach of the year. As a player she ranks among the top 5 in program history in points scored at the Nebraska and helped to lead Nebraska to its only Big Eight Title. Amy was also a member of the 1989 US National team and played professionally in Germany.
