Special Guest - Pickles and Gravey speak with Kevin Hird, the Colne-born childhood Burnley fan who scored against Burnley for Rovers before donning the Claret and Blue himself. On either side of a spell at top-flight Leeds, Kevin is one of a relatively small number of players who’ve crossed the divide and back again - made all the more interesting with him being from the area. In this half hour chat, Kevin tells us how after not receiving one with Burnley, he mustered up the courage to ask Rovers for a trial, and how nine years later he left Rovers for a fee six times that of his boyhood idol.
