This is the first episode of my Emobody Asheville Theraputic Yoga Podcast. I am Tanya Neplioueva, a certified yoga therapist and yoga instructor in Asheville, North Carolina. I hope this gives you the opportunity to practice while we cannot have our live in-person classes. This class is Gentle Yoga, which I usually teach at the Woodfin YMCA on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:30am.
