Healing is a lifelong journey!
I know that may sound like a bummer.... but many people give up on their healing journey because they don't see progress right away.
But that's because they are thinking that healing will get them from Point A to Point B. When in reality Point A is going to take you to Point F, then back to Point B, then again to Point G, and so forth.
IT IS A ROLLERCOASTER!
After healing years of trauma.... you also enter a stage where it is all about creating the most abundant version of yourself.
