    Dr. Kurian Thott is an experienced urogynecologic surgeon who specializes in pelvic floor work and endometriosis excision surgery. On top of being a busy surgeon, Dr. Thott volunteers his time to teach excisional technics to other surgeons. He works at Women's Health and Surgery Center with locations in both Fredericksburg and Stafford VA locations

    Kianna is the founder of EndoArmy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designed to create recognition for, give a voice to, and empower the dreams of warriors with endometriosis.

    Dr. Kenneth Barron founded the Center for Advanced Gynecology in Charlottesville, VA in August of 2018. Dr. Barron practiced as a general OB/GYN for 5 years before completing a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. This fellowship piqued Dr. Barron's interest in helping patients with chronic pelvic pain and lead him to do another fellowship at The Center for Endometriosis Care in Atlanta. Now, 75% to 80% of his practice is working with endometriosis patients.
