In this mini-episode, I am sharing my tips and tricks to debrief and recover from the holidays for the moms who make it all happen.
I am experimenting with having these shorter episodes in addition to my long-form interviews with amazing Everyday Supermoms. I would LOVE your feedback. Click HERE for a quick one question survey about whether you like the shorter episodes. I am going to try them out for a month and see how it goes.
Here's the tips from today's episode:
1) Celebrate, rest and recover.
2) Debrief the events- do a post-game analysis of what you liked or didn't like. What do you want to repeat and what do you want to avoid.
3) Give yourself some downtime- no need to rush to get the house back to pre-holiday status.
4) Be slow to return to routine. Rest more, schedule less, give yourself some grace!
5) Create a holiday notes file and then set a reminder in November of 2025 to review the notes and make the changes you want to make to that next holiday season you have even more to celebrate!
Share this episode to any mama you know who could benefit from a holiday debrief.
