What is important to recognize, which is discussed within Cariello's latest book, "Half My Sky," is how there are a lot of educational institutions that do not fit the profile and daily needs of a neurodiverse individual. However, after a thorough and lengthy search, Cariello found Jack a program that continues to help him develop personal and professional skills, like getting a dish-washing job at a local restaurant.

Beginning in 1987 Pastor Duane became the Senior Lead Pastor at Victory Life Church in Durant, OK and since 2020 he’s passed the leadership of the church to his son and currently serves as a Senior Elder and one of the lead communicators.
