Dr. Amanda King served in the US Army, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in the early 2000s. She deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom 2005-2006, then again as a civilian contractor 2009-2010. She spent 17 years in the Aerospace & Defense industry, transitioning two years ago to public safety technology as VP of Software Services at Axon. In her free time, Amanda enjoys serving the veteran and law enforcement communities, doing STEM activities with her two boys, and spending time with her husband who she calls “Captain America” as he is a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserves (30 years), and protects our community as an Arizona Highway Patrol officer.

Isabelle Rakestraw is a junior at Grand Canyon University, majoring in business management. During her time there, she has co-founded GCU's Women in Business club, which has grown to have over 700 members. While leading that, she has worked for the university's partner company, Grand Canyon Education in employee relations. As Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Farmers Insurance, Kesa (KEE-suh) Edwards is responsible for leading the enterprise implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives across the organization. Edwards’ 16 years of experience in the insurance industry and passion for social equity has helped empower her to drive positive change with a focus on enhancing talent diversity, inclusive workplace culture, social equity, and philanthropy.
