Then at work, during performance reviews, we have to speak to our strengths-but not too much, because âThereâs always room for improvement and you do not want to look like you know it all.â
How do you find the line with bragging and advocating for your success? If you donât celebrate yourself, who will? Are self performance reviews intended to tell your leader all the things youâve done because they arenât aware? Why do them if you cannot be honest about your performance?
