  • Dovi Steimnetz A"H was taken from us way too soon. It was the night of Lag Baomer when the tragedy that shook the nation occurred. Dovi was a boy that was always seeking out mitzvos and was a boy that was truly giving. As you will hear in this episode, Dovi sought out many mitzvos during this night and he ultimately saved someone's life.

In this episode, you will hear stories about Dovi and how he helped so many people, including strangers, from Mrs. Feige Steinmetz, Dovi's mother. Dovi was a boy who lived with emunah and it is not surprising that the Steinmetz family is encouraging people to say Ani Maamin everyday. They have now given out over 100,000 Ani Maamin cards and their sefer just came out in French.

She will also be discussing how she personally has worked on her emunah over the past two years and how she took it upon herself to try to relinquish the control. Please join us on this very impactful and inspiring episode. Please make sure to subscribe to Hebrew Hits on Youtube and to share this episode!

  • He died and came back to life.

๐Ÿ’™ The first thing that I heard when I met Moshe Reuven Sheradsky was that he had 1.5 MILLION instagram followers. I looked at him and said โ€œYou donโ€™t look like the type of guy that has 1.5 million instagram followers.โ€

๐Ÿ’™ The second thing I found out was that HE DIED. This experience led him to becoming frum. In this upcoming episode, Moshe will go into details on what he saw when he died. He will explain how he was able to see his family members crying and how he was able to see a different reality of the world we live in.

๐Ÿ’™ His story is amazing. I donโ€™t want to give too much away, but you will get the chills watching this episode. I will share one more thing that he talks about. Moshe says he was able to clearly see that GOD was giving him a choice. Tune in to find out what that choice was!

๐Ÿ’™ I look forward to sharing this new episode with you on Hebrew Hits on Motzei Shabbos!! Stay tuned!

  • He survived World War 2 and is upset that he is seeing the rise of anti-Semitism here in the world again.

He was born in 1924! That is 98 years ago.

๐Ÿ’™ I finally got a chance to sit down with my great uncle to interview him about How he survived World War II.

๐Ÿ’™ With the rise of antisemitism here in the world today, I knew I had to sit down with him to share what went on so many years ago to help raise awareness of antisemitism. We as Jews have been dealing with antisemitism for far too long itโ€™s time to put an end to it.

๐Ÿ’™ My great uncle agreed to sit down with me for an interview at the age of 98 years old. He shared stories of how he survived Kristallnacht. That is a story you do not want to miss. He shared with me that he was the captain of the paratrooper brigade and how he jumped out of the airplane at least 40 times.

๐Ÿ’™ He shared with me how he survived Siberia in the freezing cold conditions that weโ€™re below freezing. He told me how he had to put snow on his nose so that it could stay warm and not fall off.

  • This Year, 2022, marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of Migdal Ohr in 1972 by Israel Prize Laureate Rabbi Yitzchak David Grossman.

How did the choshuv Rav Grossman come to be known as the Disco Rabbi? How did he create something so big that he even has the backing of the government? And lastly, why does everyone love this man?

Migdal Ohr was founded by Rav Grossman in Migdal Haemek which was known to be one of the most crime-ridden cities in Israel. He saw there was a need to give children a home. These children were either orphaned, neglected, or homelss. He started with talking to just one child in the disco which lead to him becoming the chief rabbi of Migdal Haemek.

Today there are over 10,112 students, with over 20,000 Migdal Ohr alumni, and over 1,317 staff and volunteer members.

In this episode we will hear from Atara Solo and Mickey Flaumenhaft who are the associates of Rav Grossman here in America. We will hear stories of the raw and what he has built in these 50 years.

Right now they are writing a Sefer Torah. To get involved go to www.migdalohrusa.org

  • ๐Ÿ’™ I surprisingly met Avraham Ben Avraham at my house. My family made a bbq and my brothers invited their friends who invited their friends..

๐Ÿ’™ When I first saw Abraham, I right away knew something looked a little bit different about him. When I started talking to him he tells me how he is from Columbia (not the university) and he only became a Jew 2 months ago!

๐Ÿ’™ When I hear an interesting story I automatically become curious. So, I started asking him questions. The story got more and more interesting. He told me at 10 years old he was held up at gun point and that is just the norm living in Columbia.

๐Ÿ’™ He told me that his non-Jewish grandmother goes to a shiur in shul every week and he started learning about the Jewish people through her. (Another quick point is that he served in the military.)

๐Ÿ’™ In this episode you will hear his story of how he found Judaism.

  • Everyone remembers where they were on 9/11.

๐Ÿ’™ Even though I was so young, I still remember exactly where I was and the papers that I saw flying through the air, but my story is for another time.

๐Ÿ’™ I have opened up my platform to speak to a 9/11 survivor and I feel so honored and humbled to have the opportunity to interview him about his traumatic yet at the same time life changing story.

๐Ÿ’™ Many of you know him as the owner of Jump Into Shape, but did you know that he is a survivor of the biggest terror attach that America ever had?

๐Ÿ’™ His story shook me to the core and I know it will do the same to you. This episode is dedicated to all those innocent people who lost their lives on this day and I also want to dedicate it to the man who saved this man's life. You will hear it all on the show.

๐Ÿ’™ Moshe Moskowitz worked on the 79th floor in the second building and he describes how he felt when the plane crashed through the tower. He never thought it was terrorism. He talks about how Hashem not only saved him physically, but also spiritually.

  • Being a single girl, I found it very interesting to speak with Boruch Menashe Adlin about parenting. He was the struggling dad. The father that was thrown into parenting without any guidance. He was the one who had to learn on the job.

After a few years of struggling he decided, "That is it! I am making it my life mission to help those new parents." People go to college to become doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc, but there is no college to become a parent. That is where Boruch Menashe Adlin comes in.

He created a parenting course to guide parents to better understand their children. Mr. Adlin works with these parents to help them not have to go through what he went through and help them avoid having to back peddle everything by setting up a structured program to effectively start their parenting journey.

His story is one that shows how Hashem gives you challenges in order to put you on the right path. Before Rabbi Reichman got sick, he was a normal kid who did not have such big dreams. Now he is changing peoples lives through the power of speech.

  • After this week's horrifying school shooting in Texas, I realized how many people like myself stand in solidarity with the victims' families. I wanted to do something so, I opened my platform for the unheard voices around the country and Canada to speak out and share how they feel about the tragedy.

After putting out a post on LinkedIn about what I wanted to do, I got an overwhelming response. I saw clearly how many people cared and how many people want to take action and use their voices to end this kind of violence. These are people across all spectrums; it didn't matter their age, gender, or where they are from.

They had one agenda: TO MAKE CHANGE USING THEIR VOICES!

You will hear from those who live in Teaneck, Canada, Baltimore, New York, Philadelphia and Lakewood. There were so many more of you who wanted to share; I just did not have enough time to add more!

  • This past week we have been hearing the words, 'Ani Hashem Refaecha'. I decided that I wanted to take the time to learn more about what those words meant. By doing so, I also came to learn about the month of Iyar and I discovered what the power of this month is.

The reason I have created this episode is because while on my trip to Israel these past few weeks certain things have occurred. Only after learning about the month of Iyar was I able to see the direct correlation to what happened and to what the month stands for.

Going to Yam Hamelech has played a very significant role as well. It taught me a huge lesson about giving up control. This episode is a personal one for me, I don't generally talk so openly about myself, but I felt that by putting this out there, can add value to all your life, so to me it is worth it!
