Hello Hero Boys and Girls!!
We are back with a banger. its 2025 and we are back with another interesting episode where we talk about the Gen Z term for being hyper focused on your goals until you accomplish them
1. To Be Locked In đđ„:Being fully focused, in the zone, and undistracted. It means youâre so dialed into what youâre doing that nothing can break your concentration.
Examples:
"Bro, I was locked in during that examânothing could distract me." "Sheâs locked in on her fitness grind, no cheat days!"2. To Lock In đŻâ : To commit to focusing on something or getting into a deep state of concentration. Itâs like making a conscious decision to stay locked into a task.
Examples:
"Letâs lock in and finish this project before midnight." "Time to lock in at the gymâno distractions, just gains!"On this episode we talk about how to lock in as a woman this year. Women struggle to lock in, perhaps this is due to societals expectations, multiple responsibilities, or just the sheer fact that women do not take their dreams as seriously as men do,.
now over to you
"why do you think women find it so hard to stay locked in?"
Share your thoughts and your own ways you stay locked In

Close your legs
Don't lead men to sin
Don't touch a man, or else you'll get pregnant
Panini and I talk about our experience growing up with Purity culture in religious homes, how we were raised fearing sex and knowing nothing about it.
There was no knowledge about sexual education, and our salvation and worth as women was tied to our virginity.
Listen to us, to learn how we were able to outgrow that mentality and how we are able to navigate our new perception of sex as young women

I sat with two of my friends from High School as we recounted the horrific and sometimes laughable ordeal we had to go through at the hands of "seniors".
It's been 10 years since Jacenta Omoh, who is now a Social Media Manager and pharmacist & Bella Oguegbu who is now a Lawyer and I graduated from Federal Government College Port Harcourt but our memories, remain fresh in our minds.
If you have not listened to the first series in #BoardingHouseLife, listen here. On this episode, we took a more relaxed approach while recounting our experiences. You are definitely in for a good laugh
P.S: This is the behind-the-scenes clips of our podcast recording, we loosened our guard & mentioned names we remembered, this is in no way a comeback to these ladies, we have all moved on and look back at these experiences with fondness. Kindly respect the privacy of everyone mentioned here
