If youâve been alive for more than 5 minutes, chances are good youâve experienced grief.

Is it OK for Christians to do yoga?
Maybe as a teacher you have been asked this question, or maybe you're wondering this for yourself.

If I had to start all over from scratch, there are definitely some things I would do differently.
Donât get me wrongâŠI love where I am today and am really enjoying what Iâve built. But it hasnât always been easy, and Iâve made a lot of mistakes along the way that have cost me time, money, peace, and joy.
The other day Nick asked me this question: If you had to start over today, is there anything youâd do differently?
Itâs a great question, and I gave it a lot of thought so I could share my answers with you!

Are there questions you wish you could ask a seasoned yoga teacher?
I know I have found myself, and maybe you have too, wanting to ask questions to someone whoâs more experienced than me, but maybe I felt they were silly, or I was afraid to ask, or just didnât know WHO to ask.
In this episode weâre going to take a peek into the mind of a yoga teacher. Several weeks back we sent out an anonymous form to our yoga teacher community and gave them the opportunity to ask us ANY question.
We had some great questions come up, and thought weâd take some time to talk through our answers with you in case YOU have a similar question.
