About the Guest:
For over 20 years, Yoga has been the focus and passion for Nara. Teaching and sharing yoga has been the joyous and natural extension of her lifestyle.
🙏In 2006, her travels brought her to Sayulita in Mexico, and she knew she'd found the area where the seeds of her vision could take root. In 2009, she opened Paraiso Yoga, and over the years, it has become the vision: a place of nurturing where one can come to practice and study yoga, tai chi, and meditation, among other healing arts, and flower into one’s full potential. She is also a Reiki Master trained in the Usui method.

🫶Moreover, she is a Thai Massage Therapist and offer training courses for aspiring massage therapists in this specialty. her studies in Thailand, combined with Vipassana meditation, have profoundly influenced her approach to both healing and teaching.
💫As Paraiso Yoga has deepened and evolved, the natural progression has led her to focus on private classes and teacher training. This shift reflects a commitment to providing personalized guidance and fostering the growth of new instructors within the community.

Born and raised in Indiana, Tonda Eger-Chin, MS, LPC, RCC studied counseling psychology at Indiana University. She resides in British Columbia, Canada in the Vancouver area with her husband, three children on Earth, and One in Heaven. And two small dogs that make each day better. Sylvia Schulz is a Naturopath and facilitator that offers sessions and mentorship

About Our Guest:
Lesley Corte is a gifted psychic visionary, spiritual teacher, artist, and writer. Her strong spiritual and psychic abilities were revealed early in her life during classes with a brilliant psychic named Kitty Massey. She met her main spirit guide at this time and, with his tutelage, began to lead classes herself in spiritual development, meditation, past life regression, channeling, and chakra energizing as well as participating in large psychic fairs. As a deep thinker and seeker, Lesley’s intuitive development began at Sir George Williams University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She continued into the field of graphic design, using visions that would present themselves to her to create solutions for her work. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Jennifer Nagel, MA, RCC, studied Psychology in
university and found that the best learning came from life experience and doing the work she is so
passionate about. Writing about reciprocity in therapy comes from her first-hand experience of learning from and with the people and communities she works with.
Jennifer is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and works with individuals, couples, and families. She has helped many people on their journeys of learning to show up more authentically in their personal and professional lives. She travels the world and teaches professional and personal growth programs using the Satir Model in Canada, China, Kenya, and Thailand. She works with diverse groups including therapists, educators, school programs, community organizations, at-risk adolescents, therapeutic programs, non-profit organizations, and corporate clients.
Jennifer is a member of the British Columbia Association for Clinical Counsellors and the Virginia Satir Global Network and is a clinical member of the Satir Institute of the Pacific. She is also the Director of Trainer Development for the Satir Institute of the Pacific and a senior faculty member of the Banmen Satir China Management Center. Jennifer works with individuals, couples, and families in private practice, and provides clinical supervision for other therapists. She is the author of Magic in the Muck: Finding Grace in Chaos, and a contributing author in Woman of Worth: Moms in Business and Woman of Worth: Pandemic! Stories of Purpose, Passion& Power Through this Extraordinary Era. Jennifer is passionate about teaching Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy programs around the world.
