Then they continue their MLB season predictions with the N.L. Central, before moving to the NBA and talking about the Mavericks concerning the short and long term future and if SGA is the MVP frontrunner. Then they wrap things up talking about the recent moves in the NFL, including the Seahawks releasing Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf's trade request.

In this jam-packed episode, Joseph and Nathan start with the Canucks finally moving off J.T. Miller and using the first they acquired to acquire and now sign Markus Pettersson, as well as discussing the Mikael Granlund and Cody Ceci deal to Dallas. In the NBA, the guys go over the biggest trade of all time in Luka Doncic to the Lakers and Anthony Davis heading back to Dallas, along with De'Aaron Fox to the Spurs, Jimmy Butler to the Warriors, and other deadline deals. They then discuss the Super Bowl and preview who they think will win (stay tuned for an Eagles prayer led by Joseph to take away from the Chiefs' supposed black magic). They also go over Jim Rutherford's media comments this week, Utah's potential team names, and quickly touch on the Ottawa/Quebec City mess up. In the NFL the guys go over the Championship games and talk about the head coaching hires made by the Raiders, Cowboys and Jaguars.
