America is in shock over the 2024 presidential election. Against all odds, Donald Trump was elected for a second term in a landslide electoral victory. Trump overcame 2 impeachment efforts, 91 indictments, several convictions, and two attempted assassination attempts to win the White House. What America has just witnessed is likely the greatest political comeback in history!
Also on Tuesday, the pro-life movement went three for seven in defeating state constitutional amendments that would have expanded abortion. These are the first pro-life victories since the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Nebraska also passed a pro-life amendment protecting babies after the first trimester.
On today's episode, Mark provides some lessons learned for the pro-life movement to utilize in the months and years to come.

Earlier this year, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that embryos conceived through IVF are considered children. That ruling set off a firestorm across America that led to the Alabama legislature rushing through a bill protecting the technology. Since then, Kamala Harris has erroneously claimed that President Donald Trump would ban IVF, all the while GOP Senators seek to protect the practice.

Last night, in the VP debate between Senator JD Vance and Governor Tim Walz Vance continued his narrative that dehumanizes preborn human beings. Vance made little to no mention of the victims. And to complete the caving on abortion, Trump tweeted during the debate that he will not sign ANY abortion ban. It is now clear that the GOP is no longer a defender of the most innocent among us.

About 60 political subdivisions throughout the State of Texas have passed enforceable ordinances further prohibiting abortion within their jurisdiction.
With abortion in Texas being outlawed from the moment of conception, Amarillo has become an abortion trafficking hub connecting abortion-free states like Texas to abortion-access states like New Mexico, Colorado and Kansas.
After much back and forth attempting to see their City Council approve such a measure, residents have now sent the Ordinance to the ballot for voters to decide this November.

Fact: Abortion cannot be left up to the states alone to settle. Just as in slavery, there needs to be a federal remedy for child killing.

Recent statements by Donald Trump and JD Vance indicate that the nominees for the Republican Party for president are pro-choice. Vance has made various statements in recent interviews in which he makes the case that abortion is only a states rights issue. That position is not only inaccurate, but it leaves the moral question of abortion up to the popular vote. Slowly leaving it up to the states to decide you see a pro-choice position.
The fact is, God's Word declares the shedding of innocent blood to be murder, and the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence protect the unborn.

On Today’s episode, Mark speaks with Abby Johnson, who spent eight years as a clinic director with Planned Parenthood. On September 26, 2009, when Abby was asked to assist with an ultrasound-guided abortion. She watched in horror as a 13-week baby fought for, and ultimately lost her life at the hands of the abortionist. At that moment, Abby fully realized what abortion was and what she had dedicated her life to.
Today, Abby travels across the globe sharing her story, educating the public on pro-life issues, advocating for the unborn, and reaching out to abortion clinic staff who still work in the industry. She is the founder of And Then There Were None, a ministry designed to assist abortion clinic workers in transitioning out of the industry.
In this first portion of the interview, Mark asks Abby for her views on equal protection; should women mothers be exempt from laws that criminalize abortion? Mark also asks about her views on the use of abortion victim videos and photos in outreach or at abortion centers.

According to the latest tally, there could be up to 12 states facing a constitutional amendment on November’s ballot expanding abortion beyond viability killing babies that are five, six, seven months gestation, and even up to birth. According to current polling, if the election were held today, we could lose each of these battles.
My guest today is Dr. Michael New, who wrote, “Most of these polls have shown that these abortion ballot questions are leading by substantial margins. In particular, there have recent been polls from Florida, Arizona, Missouri, and South Dakota.”

These state battles are not simply local but collectively represent a national referendum on abortion. If we lose all of these in November, the prospects for bringing legal protection to the unborn could be lost for a generation. These defeats could represent a fatal political blow to our movement and the babies.
This is why I am calling on all pro-life Americans and anti-abortion organizations to commit ALL their resources from now until Election Day to defeat these amendments. The good news is that Created Equal is active in these states and can help you get in the fight in the fight.
Every pro-life leader, organization, or individual must focus all their effort on defeating these diabolical pro-abortion constitutional amendments. Our loss will be a loss for preborn children. We simply cannot allow this to happen.
