Hailey has an incredible fitness journey that began at a young age as a gymnast, competing at a nationwide level through high school. In university, she discovered a love for running, which eventually led her to triathlons. She competed in races of all lengths but found her true passion at the half Ironman distance. Through these rigorous challenges, she learned the value of planning, commitment, and accountability—qualities that have shaped her career and life.
In addition to racing, she also discovered a deep passion for Pilates and has been a certified classical Pilates instructor and advocate for over two decades. With more than 15 years in the fitness industry, she has seen firsthand the transformative power of strength training. It’s why she’s made it her mission to introduce women, particularly those in their 40s and beyond, to the life-changing benefits of building strength.
She holds multiple certifications in TRX, kettlebells, barbells, and foundational training, all building on her foundation as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Today, she uses her expertise and passion to help people discover greater health and happiness through fitness.
She lives in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, three children, and their dog, Zuma.
