If you can take the time to consider the other person's ideas and expectations, I think it makes you more well-rounded. It's something I think we should remind each other of all the time.

I'm going to force myself to have some slow starts and some early finishes. That's what I like to do when I've got space.

Sometimes it's really hard to not agree. Just get those words out. If I can get more people to speak up before I die, I'll be happy.
