Michelle who is Matt's client shares how she has over come weight gain caused by numerous operations, a severe heart condition, anxiety and a bad relationship with food to having lost over 16kg of fat in 9 months while still gaining a kilo in muscle and improving her strength and overall fitness. Her journey puts things in perspective and helps us to see how we can all be doing a little more to improve our own health and quality of life.
