But boy do I feel like it almost every single day. Because when it really boils down to it, being "the fattest girl in the room" isn't about being fat at all. It's about being ashamed of yourself, feeling like you have to apologize for who you are and what you look like, and, worst of all, thinking that whatever horrible thoughts you feel, you deserve.I've spent years writing myself off because I was too fat, and telling myself that I'd do [insert activity here] when I was skinnier, because I somehow though the key to a good life was being skinny. That is until I realized life was passing me by while I was sitting idly on the bench waiting to get skinny. This podcast is for all those out fat girls out there who think they're not good enough to have an awesome life. For those women that feel like their bodies make them less desirable. And for those people who let their bodies hold them back from pursuing their dreams.
